I Took a first date here. I was looking for a quiet place with a unique yet quiet ambiance that lends itself to conversation. Pullman Standard delivered on all counts. It was a Tuesday evening at 730 and there was no crowd at all. Lights low and serviced was great. The creative cocktails were a hit with my date. They were a bit pricey, but I drank beer which was very reasonable considering. So that kind of offset the price. I ordered the charcuterie and it was presented very nicely....
Great place for a 1st meeting since it is chill and you can easily have a conversation. Very knowledgeable staff with some creative drinks. We did not eat but sampled a number of cocktails that were solid. This is definitely more of an upscale spot but it doesn't feel stuffy. Love the vibe.
Very good cocktails. Great snacks. Excellent service. Staff are super friendly and super knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit. There is a level of care here that is not often seen.
