This is the best Mexican food I have had in Nashville. The cheese they use is so good. The horchata is perfect taste and consistency. Their red and green sauce is the best I have had in Nashville. This place is on par with a top ten Mexican spot in Sqn Diego.My family ordered tacos, molitas, a torta, a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans and everything was outstanding.Don’t sleep on this spot.

This was a very disappointing visit. The menu is limited, and although I was drawn by the grilled meat being prepared outside I was also disappointed to learn that it was only chicken and not any other meats. I fully expected to be freshly grilled Carne Asada, fajitas and others. I was also disappointed that they do not provide free chips and salsa, but you can buy chips with queso as individual orders but queso is thin and tasteless. The server had a very difficult time understanding us, and I tried to help by speaking Spanish, but she brought out an order for my wife, who decided not to eat after looking at the menu. She also did not understand when I ordered Modelo and she brought another drink out instead. It is very cramped, and rather uncomfortable and very noisy for the size restaurant that it is. I opted for the grilled chicken, which was overcooked and not particularly flavorful. The accompanying beans and rice were nothing special. I won’t be returning

Absolutely incredible taco truck. The tacos are all outstanding authentic Mexican tacos. This is not your American-Mex queso covered chicken and rice chain.The sauces are exceptional, the tortillas and street tacos are near perfect, and the tortas are incredible. Do not sleep on this place, give them a try, grab a Jarritos, and tip them well.

After hearing so many good things about this place for so long we finally stopped here today and it was good. We had the asada, chorizo, barbacoa, and shrimp tacos; they were all good but maybe a little bland-nothing spicy. They served 2 kinds of sauces, pickled onions, and grilled onions on the side which were really good to add on. We also got a large order of beans and rice to share which was really good. I look forward to going back some time soon and trying something new. Service was fast and very friendly. We went around 1 pm on a Tuesday and it was busy but not crowded.

We passed this going to plaza Mariachi and turned back! Wow! Great food! Tacos are amazing. Menudo and posole were great! Only downfall. No real coffee only instant?. Nothing fancy ! Breakfast was every good. Eggs and chorizo and a la mexicaca with beans, rice and tortillas. Lots of food for a very low price! It may look like an old gas station..but stop in!!!
