This Qdoba must have recently closed for good. I stopped here on Saturday, January 29, 2022 and there was a note on the door indicating that it was permanently closed.

The food is quite terrible. It's bland and probably sits in a hot pan for hours before it's used. Customer service was okay I guess. The employees look and talk like robots

Workers were very nice, but when my son asked for bell peppers and they put jalapeños on his quesadilla. He couldn't get the pain to stop , I asked for milk the cashier was very nice and gave us milk. But was not offered a new quesadilla like what he ordered. I hated to rate this because it would have gotta 5 star if not for this.

I hate giving a bad review as I would always prefer to give a place a chance to respond and correct a problem I report in hopes I can give a good review. Unfortunately in this case I was not able to even get through to anyone to listen to my complaint.I have been ordering off and on throughout the last year through Grubhub because of Covid. I have placed about 11 orders and although not an exact count, at least 5 of those orders have had one or more things wrong with them or something left out. Only the last time and today did I report the problem on the Grubhub order site and got my money back. That is not what is important to me, what I want is my order right the first time! I feel ALL delivery orders, no matter how busy the store, should be double checked before going out!Today after placing my order online, I called the store to ask a manager to double check my order before sending it out. I was placed on hold with a curt “hold please” and could hear orders being processed in the background. After 5.5 minutes I hung up. I tried the number back and pressed the same option and have not been able to get anything but a busy signal for the last hour and half. Perhaps I am still on hold there.My order arrived in the meantime and was wrong again. I will keep trying to speak to a manager today, but have already placed a call to the District Manager.So disappointing. I have one star because the food tasted good.

Never been here but it looks like a pizza hut building and I really love pizza hut so its 5 stars, the food looks nice but advertising is always weird for no reason at all

Stop lying about your hours when it says you close at 8 o’clock but all you do is Uber eats and all the other driving services but then your website and everywhere says you close at 8 o’clock and you can never go in to eat horrible service and I will never return again. You look like you’re closing down and I wish you were just closed already with employees working inside by not being over to serve the public there wanting to go in.

Does anyone know if this location is closing???I went on 12/12 @ 5:15. I saw 2 employees not preparing online orders online, that's what the sign on the door said. They were looking at me. Service hours on the door said open till 8 on Sunday. Why? If you can only accept online orders and no to go orders just close up when the sun goes down.

I used to love Qdoba. Had to have it when I visited Nashville. Now it is just ok and it's never warm enough. I get the veggie bowl or burrito so I can't vouch for the meat entrees. The veggies could be seasoned a little more. The green and red salsas are good though. The staff is friendly and the line moves quick.

Very friendly staff that greets you when you walk in and very receptive to any requests you have! Food is decent its what youd expect from a fast food mex american place like qdoba. Only wish it was open later like it used to be 8 is a bit too early even 9 would be ideal but other than that no complaints!

Great Mexican food. Great price. You will leave full. Dine in area is spacious and comfortable. Sometimes the tables are needing wiped down when it's been busy. Parking is good but kind of tight so be careful moving around. Staff are polite and move you through the line fast. Will go again.
