I really love the food here but the hours have made it difficult to figure out. I’ll go and they’ll be closed or about to close and ordering from online is a bit of a crapshoot. I’m afraid they’re going to shut down which would be unfortunate. But they’re ALMOST shut down now. I like the staff too. I just wish they could staff it.

Whenever they ARE open it's been really good food. However, both their hours on the door and on Google say that they are open until 8pm. Understand that staffing issues are a problem, but this has happened at least 4 times that I've tried to go there in the last 3 weeks. I just wanted some delicious queso

I went to this QDOBA location for the first time. I went at 7:47 PM. The restaurant closes at 8 and I know I was pushing it on time, but had just gotten back into town and needed something quick to eat. One door to the restaurant was locked, one was unlocked. I walked and and there were three employees working. None of them addressed me, but I overheard one of them yell, "I thought you locked the doors!!" I stood around and another employee said, "who is going to tell her?" Again, no one had addressed me yet. I stared at one of the employees and she walks away to talk to the other employees and finally one of them came from around the counter and said, "um we're closed." I said "oh, well the door was open and you guys don't close for another 10 minutes." And the employee said "oh okay." Anyway, I left and went up the road to Chipotle!

I had to get on here and write a review. It's Friday, September 24th and the time is currently 7:51 PM CST. This Qdoba restaurant is supposed to be open until 8:00 PM and the hours are clearly written on their door. I have been sitting here in the car parked in front of this restaurant waiting for my husband to pick up food from a nearby restaurant and five people in the last five minutes have gone up to the door trying to get inside the restaurant and the doors are locked. One man was so upset he even took a picture of the sign showing the hours and that they had closed early. Five people! That is a lot of money that this business could've made in the last five minutes and there's still five minutes to go until they're supposed to close. Bad business!

How is this location closed at 2pm everyday? I’ve come here twice now from 15 min away. I should’ve called after the first time…partially my fault. But update your hours on google, I’ve seen at least 3 people each time I come make the same mistake as me. I get places are understaffed but 2pm really? I saw at least 5 employees closing at 2. Also there are 0 signs saying they’re hiring. So it seems to me they just don’t want to be open…

Staff seemed confused as to how to make the protein bowl (one of the like 5 things in their menu! Lol) but they figured it out and it was good and filling. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Only complaint is that they had no tea or soft drinks as the machine was out of order. Only choices were bottled soda or water.

I love the brisket burrito but this location was out when I went for lunch so ended up getting a pulled pork burrito. I had to ask the girl to add a little more pulled pork to my burrito because the quantity she was putting on there was ridiculously small. By the time she finished wrapping up my burrito it look like a baseball wrapped up instead of a burrito and still looked super small. For $10 for a burrito I expect a good quantity of ingredients and not just a dash of everything. This is not the first time that happens I love Qdoba but should definitely change how the ingredients are measured. There have been times my burrito is super packed so I guess it depends who makes it.
