Rude and nasty people. I would not recommend this place at all

Well the food was good and the staff nice and friendly. However, I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there, waited in my car until my given time and went in. It wasn't ready. Typically no big deal. Well I watched some people come in order at the counter and then get their food. I still hadn't gotten mine. I waited nearly 30 minutes past my given time to get my food. They did give me a BOGO coupon for my time. That helped a little and thankfully I wasn't in a hurry. Then I got home to eat and I was disappointed in the quantity of the food. I eat around normal portions. I actually went and ate some leftover pizza after I finished because I was still hungry. I guess if I used the BOGO and I'm not in a hurry I would be satisfied.

Half the time I go to this place, I'm the only one there. Parking lot is always empty and I often wonder if it's even open (especially since their hours have been all over the place). Even with being the only person there, I've stood at the counter for a couple minutes before being acknowledged on more than one occasion. Consistency is all over the place regarding portion sizes of the protein as well as sides. Every time I checkout there seems to be some sort of issue with the payment process and I have to wait until multiple team members have been involved to fix the problem. This location just doesn't really have its act together.

I don't often write reviews, but I had such a negative experience today that I wanted to share. I placed an online order for pickup because it said on their website that curbside pickup was an option. I had my baby with me and didn't want to get out of the car. Once I arrived at the store, I called and said I was there. I was told, "Your order is ready, you can come in and get it." When I told her I needed curbside pickup, she argued with me that it didn't say curbside on the order. There isn't any way to choose "curbside" when you place an order--your choices are "pickup" and "delivery." I told her that, and she kept arguing with me. I sat there looking at a sign on the door saying "Curbside Pickup Available!" as an employee argued with me about bringing my food to my car. When she finally said someone would bring it, she sent it out with only one drink (when I had paid for 2). The employee who had brought it out had already gone back inside, so I called again. And this time she argued that the order had only been for 1 drink. I'm sitting there looking at my receipt that clearly says "2 drinks" while she argues with me. I told her I'd show them the receipt when they brought the drink out, and she finally sent it out. The employee who brought it was apologetic and didn't even look at the receipt--he clearly wasn't the one with the problem. To make curbside pickup that difficult and cause an employee to have to come to my car twice when people are trying to limit personal contact is inexcusable. I gave them two stars instead of one because the food tasted fine, but we won't be ordering from this Qdoba again. I should've read the reviews before ordering in the first place--there are quite a few people who have had negative experiences with the employees at this store.

I'm sorry, but I had to write a review. I've been to this location a few times, but my most recent visit caused me to never want to come back again. There's nothing wrong with the taste of the food, but the workers need supervision. I watched the one of the guys "wash" his hands for like 5 - 10 seconds maximin... with no soap... while we're in a pandemic. I was glad that he was not the one to touch my food, but I will not be returning here.

Way way way overpriced $17.92 very small salad and a burrito and coke. No ice for coke. For FAST FOOD. Never ever go back. No wonder the place is EMPTY.Have to go to McDonald's for ice for drink. Food only fair also...not even goodEmploy who waited on me said no ice. I just watched another employee go get ice for himself..

Saw on Google that Qdoba was open, took my family a full 30 minutes to get to this location from where we live only to find that it was closed. Who closes a restaurant an hour before dinner service?! Warning for anyone interested in eating here for dinner: they aren't open until 8:00 as they claim, they're open until 5:00. Don't be d*** and fix your hours.
