We experienced Chef Mariah Ragland giving a vegan food demonstration at Turnip Truck and it was amazing! The presentation and food were covered in vegan deliciousness and kindness. And the whole family loved the food, even my toddler!

From the crisp of the Stamped Potatoes to the dive into Creamy Herb Goat Cheese aside the Crispy Brussels, Rabbit Food didn't miss a note.If could learn something from my across the river bike adventure, it's don't take as long as I did to get hip to this hop.

This vegan food is fantastic! I often see Radical Rabbit at Farmer's Markets around Nashville and they sell food at Hunter's Station. I love their vegan lasagna and dishes made of jackfruit. Mariah (owner) works very hard to give back to her community by providing weekly meals each week to community fridges. Highly recommend checking out this food and supporting this local business!

So good. I’m not vegan but meat really freaks me out, so I love the opportunity to eat meat alternatives. I got the golden fried jackfruit on a honey butter biscuit and wow. So so so tasty!! The biscuit was huge and so wonderful, it is definitely worth a try if you see it around town.
