Would give 0 stars if possible! By far the worst experience at a chain restaurant of my life. Waited 10 min for server to greet, told her we wanted to order and she told us we had to wait. Ordered my steak medium and it literally came out raw. Had it recooked, came back with burnt outside and still raw on inside. I ate the burnt parts because I was so hungry & had about 6oz of my 8pm steak I couldn't eat. Asked for check and the server threw it on the table and didn't talk to us again. Will never go back & will make sure people know how terrible this location is.

Had to ask them to fix our order twice . Our fries were cold. The bacon strips looked pre cooked. Our burgers were dry. The chicken in my salad was dry. The waitress never checked on until we asked for the check .

As a family, we have eaten at Rafferty's a number times. My wife really likes their salads homemade dressings. This particular franchise was probably the overall best Rafferty's food we've ever had. I had the Ribeye and it was very flavorful and cooked perfectly.

Went there for dinner and got the Cajun blackened salmon. It was probably better than some of the 5 star kitchens I've been to. Servers were nice and attentive and the price was pretty decent as well. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling through Tennessee.

The ribs were served cold. Got some new ones took them home and were burnt and had chemical taste. Waiter was friendly but main course was garbage

gone there all of 3 times, the first two were solid experiences with wonderful staff but sadly tonight just ruined it for me.

not only did the waittress mess up both our orders my meal went from $18 to over $35 and the best solution they offered me when I made the staff aware of the mix up was “I could get you some bread”
then just stared at me uncomfortably.

I regret not sending the food back and just accepting the meal given.

They didn’t even refill our water despite us asking. For a quite Saturday night with a few tables empty and no help, it was really disappointing.

To the white middle aged woman with long brown hair, working the tables by the windows on Saturday 2nd of April.
Do better by your customers.

- tried again, got cold ribs. We just got the check and I put my ribs in the air fryer at home.
Sad because I really like their buffalo tenders with blu cheese sauce
