every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

Always something wrong so the building is closed none of the employees are professional and don't appear as if they do any work there at all

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload

I really wanted to love this place after reading great reviews on Facebook. I went there on two different occasions hoping maybe the first time was just a fluke. The chicken is supposed to be the shining star, but it really disappointed. It was dry, flavorless and very expensive. The sides weren't any better either. The employee who attended to us wasn't friendly and was unkempt. The only good experience I had was at checkout since the cashier was friendly and respectful. I'll not be going back, even when they open the new location near me.
