Located downstairs once you walk into the Sutler. I really like this bar. It's a pretty nice lounge. Great to come with a group or even just as a couple. I'm not sure if they have the same DJ every night, but we were there last night and I thought the DJ did great. I liked the variety of drink menu that they had.

Last night was my first time at Rambler. The atmosphere is amazing loved the lights and DJ. But with that being said there was the rudest bar tender there. All I asked was what happened to the birthday girl I want to tell her Happy Birthday. He replied with What?? So I repeated myself then he went on by saying I was talking to much and made the hand jester of someone chatting. Very immature and very rude.

Brian was literally the worst bartender I've ever had. I work in the industry. Drinks were phenomenal. Food was great. But he only paid attention to the pretty ladies at the bar and left our food sitting on bar for 10 min before I had to walk down and ask him to let us have it. Drinks took upwards of 8-10 mins to make bc he couldn't stop talking. Not busy at all btw. Absolutely will not return.

So, I finally made my way to Rambler and I am truly debating between giving a 3 star vs a 4 star. Now don't get me wrong, the place is dope. The music was good and at a good volume for the crowd with some real classic hip hop tunes. By the time I got there is only a few people there and more trickled in as time went on. The bartender was good but they definitely needed two bartenders especially if the place got any busier than it was. Here is the biggest draw back, the food menu sucks!!! It's almost like its trying too hard. Its a cool nice bar, have better food options! If you can fry tots or crab rangoon, you can fry a wing. The food menu is small, as you would expect for this type of bar but it is a bit pretentious for the environment. It's almost like they created it to say they have a menu but they dont really want people or order food. Bar menu's are simple, put a good spin on wings, potatoes, something with cheese, something with bread, etc... I guess I will settle for 4 stars. *inserts eyeroll*... yes, I will definitely be going back but I will make it a point to not be hungry when I get there lol

I used to love this place when it first opened but over the last few months it has become some of the worst service in Nashville. Bar is supposedly open until 12am, but I have come in multiple times around 10pm and it already seems like they are closing. At times it is just because they are understaffed and they apologize and i understand as it may be a weeknight; but other times they act completely oblivious and it is horrible. Tonight I came in and waited 15 minutes for a bartender to even show up to the bar, and mind you there were probable 8 other customers sitting there already, Absolutely insane. The only reason I waited is for the fact that I live close and wanted to have a drink before I went home (and it's one of my favorite drinks that I can only get there). The cocktails are great but I do think they need to staff better if they want to have a constant crowd in the bar. If they keep this up I feel they will close soon.

I cannot say enough about this bar! I love the colors, vibe, music (R&B and Hip Hop), and of the dranks!!!! I love this spot, a hidden gem!

It's a nice cozy place for a girls night out. I ordered an appetizer. Potato tots. It was enough for 2 people. Not a lot to choose from on the Rambler menu, but orders from the Sutler Saloon above are allowed.
Such a bummer to be writing this. I used to LOVE the Rambler! The service, drinks and snacks were so great. Tonight, we ordered snacks that came out cold with NO utensils or napkins. Yes, they were snacks. But meatballs as finger food?? UMM... What prompted me to ask for the check and make the decision that I will not be going back is when we asked for water and the bartender pointed to the self-serving station at the other end of the bar. Yeah, that's great for people to go to when they need a refreshment, but as my bartender you're going to NOT serve me? Also, I don't want water with lemons and lime. I just want water!

We went here for a girls night out that was a reunion of old friends, about 20 of us. We really enjoyed the bar itself, the atmosphere, the music and seating. However our bartender was hopeless. He started out OK and then basically you had to wave him down over and over waving like a flag to get his attention and then he would take forever to do anything. Extremely disappointed in his service, everyone Commented on it wondering "what's his deal? ". It is such a cool spot though, we will probably go back. Drinks were good, food was OK, atmosphere was fantastic.
