Our waitress, Elizabeth, was absolutely amazing! She made us feel like we were right at home, and that we were a part of the family. The food was absolutely to die for, we will absolutely be coming back for many special occasions to come!

We shared the appetizers - meatballs, arancini, burrata, and foccacia. They were all very good!

I went to dinner with my 3 young girls because my husband was not feeling well. Sam and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us and made what could have easily been a very stressful experience very enjoyable. He anticipated our needs and was so very kind. I would recommend to anyone, especially those that have young kids. We were very well taken care of!

Veg food option is less and looking for more options .. many of the items are not available due to holiday .. price felt little high

Our server Sam made the experience incredible. Love his suggestion of putting a meatball on the rigitoni. Everything was flavorful. Great for a romantic dinner.

Bar seating with full menu despite it being NYE. Bartender Kelly was awesome and kept the courses moving with a packed bar. Host staff were very friendly and helpful too. Osso Buco wasn't veal, most likely ham. That was disappointing for the price. Broccolini wasn't cooked enough. That's a tough one to get right but Caesar salad was nothing special either... Pink mocktails were delish. Burrata plate was great, polenta was delicious. Tiramisu was perfection. Overall it was good. Definitely recommend dining on a night that's not the busiest night of the year as the food seemed to suffer a bit from the rush but service didn't falter.

Overall we would absolutely return. If I had one thing to say as an observation for improvement would be that the meals should include an Italian bread with oil.

Spent 245 bucks on 2 cocktails, Osso Bucco, side of potatoes, a meh salad and two meh pastas, one with 3 shrimp. Had a Barrata appetizer that was great. Unfortunately, mediocre all around. Atmosphere is very nice because of the Atrium. Not worth 245 for 3. Reservations are a must.

Too crowded. Did was par for the price. Didn't know it was a card only place but waiter was happy to take my cash if I didn't need change. Shady!

My husband and I sat at the bar and ordered a negroni and sicilian margarita, as well as the warm olives and aroncini. Very delicious, and my husband is Sicilian and he approves. The bartender, Kelly, and the server of the bar side , Dave, were excellent. They were very friendly and genuine, gave us advice on parking and seem to know all about what to do in Opryland. This was a beautiful experience.

Since Ravello is inside the Gaylord you must be a paying guest most of the time to experience Ravello. So not a convenient place to eat. The food was good, not excellent, the service was above par, but not five star, setting being in the open air, inside the atrium of the hotel-not a warm and inviting setting. Our family of five enjoyed the experience-even with a $300 tab at the end (included taxes &already added tip).

We got charged for 20% gratuity because we had a party of 6! We had 4 adults a 3 yr old and a 1 year old. The 1 year old didn’t even get food. I served for years and tip well. The service from Joe sucked. Forgot silverware brought at dessert and forgot the other dresser then after being reminded it took 20+ minutes for the cold dessert. Bad service and added 20% gratuity because we had a baby and a toddler. This places food was ok at best and had bad service. Eat elsewhere

Being told by hotel I can’t make a reservation here unless I’m a hotel guest. Yet anyone can make a reservation on open table. Also told no valet if going to Ravello.
