Great Italian in an unusual but pleasant setting. The atrium is like nothing I've ever seen. The warm olives, potatoes (side), chicken masala and pasta Alfredo were all excellent. Our sever was very helpful too

Our waiter, Joseph could not have been nicer and gave us good advice on what to order. We had Caesar salad, rigatoni bolognese and the halibut. All delicious!

I was disappointed with the level of service . It was too loud and our waiter could get my drink order right 2X . So ended up getting a glass of wine for convenience . The carbonara was so dense and the chicken was just placed on the side of bowl . I would not call this an Italian restaurant . Then again it's really hard to find an Italian restaurant in the south .
The restaurant is beautiful and the service was fantastic, but spending good money to go out to eat I expect the food to be on point. The pasta was undercooked and hard. It was beyond al dente and just wasn't cooked enough. Everything else was great though.

I can't say enough positive things about Ravello's at the Gaylord! We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Ravello. The food was delicious! My husband's lasagna was excellent. I had the Carbonara and it was very good. Their bread is crazy good. Who is their Chef?! While dining you hear waterfall sounds nearby which adds to the flavor of this lovely restaurant. Dessert, chocolate hazelnut yummy treat, was made in-house by their Pastry Chef ... so good!! Joseph was our server extraordinaire. Best server we have had, maybe ever. We will ask for him the next time. Yes, next time! Company will be visiting us soon and we are planning to bring them here for an amazing fine dining experience.

Excellent all around! We were greeted by a friendly smile and promptly shown to our table. We were at the Gaylord for a conference but were also celebrating our wedding anniversary. Joseph, our waiter, was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He was very familiar with the menu and answered all of our questions. As a surprise, Joseph brought us a most AMAZING dessert - a dark chocolate mousse with orange marmalade and chocolate crumbles on the side, complete with a fondant medallion with “Happy Anniversary” written on it! Truly a special evening, made even better by the beautiful surroundings, the delicious meal, and an excellent staff!

The food was average... I mean it's pasta, so how much are you willing to pay. The salad was good and the pastas were good but average pasta. Fine dining prices for average dining. Elizabeth, our server, was kind and friendly.
