To be very honest, it was the worst experience I have ever had at dinner. Service was terrible except for the beverage girl. She kept our water flowing. Food was cold & disgusting . I had Mushroom Rivoli & it was Pasty & Oily & that was its only flavor. Very Dissatisfied.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The hostess was really nice to us. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. The tiramisu was excellent. We were also greeted warmly. They decorated the tiramisu slice with a happy anniversary cookie. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Lovely atmosphere of being at Opryland.

Our servers were lovely, but I was upset by the hostess’s. They told us it would be 15mins, took our information and after about 25mins I went to check and saw 4 people walk up and get seated right way. When I asked if they forgot about ours they played dumb and went ahead and seated us. Unacceptable.

Long post. Sorry in advance.I have to give this restaurant a low rating. The rating does not apply to our waitress, Kelly, who was phenomenal or the hostess, but more so to the kitchen staff. We had a few issues with Ravelo. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we had any allergies, which we said one of the members of the party could not have dairy. (I know, I know, we're at an Italian restaurant), but they were going to have a salad. When the waitress came to take the order, she asked about allergies and it was reiterated no dairy for the one guest. When her salad came out, it had 5 hunks of cheese in it. They replaced the salad but left off the dressing. The second issue, they did not have everything that was on the menu, no meatballs, no margherita pizza, no butterfish and who knows what else they were not serving. I opted for the chicken parm dish, sans the zucchini infusion. Big mistake. The chicken looked burnt (see pic) and when I cut into it, it was tough. I decided to try a piece and it was absolutely tasteless. I sent it back and ordered the Caesar salad because they said the chicken parmesan was pre-made, so no need to try to order another. When my salad arrived, it looked fine, but I asked the server for more dressing. He brought me ranch, which Kelly rectified right away and brought me a side of Caesar dressing. The 4 other members of the party enjoyed their dishes. One person said their lasagna was excellent and another liked their ravioli (maybe they'll do a post). My last issue is more so with the location. Since it is in the Garden neighborhood (which does have a roof), the seating area for Ravellos is not enclosed and very, very cold. The draft from the air conditioners blows directly towards the tables at Ravellos.Three of us ordered hot beverages to warm us up. The decaf cappucino was delicious!

Made a reservation at 5PM. Seated immediately. The staff was EXCELLENT. Seated us right away. Made excellent recommendations for the appetizers. The Chicken parmesan was wonderful. Our waiter Sam was great. My wife had the hazelnut Chocolate cake and loved it.

This is a must visit in the Grand Ol' Opry Hotel! Ask for Joe to be your waiter, he's outstanding! The food is excellent, but I would argue that the sausage lasagna is the best in the United States. I have had lasagna in many Italian restaurants in many states, and none were at this level. As an Elite on Yelp I don't take mentioning something the best in the United States lightly. The entire experience at this restaurant was magnificent! Thank you to the staff for making my wife's 60th birthday experience memorable and engaging. 5 stars plus!

We enjoyed the food, service and view from here. We had the butter fish and the ribeye. Ended our meal with affogato and strawberry gelato

Food was mediocre at best. Seated at 5:45 and did not receive our entrees until 6:35. No appetizers ordered. Just entrees. We explained to the waiter several times that we had a show at 7 pm. Should we have gotten there at 5:15. Sure, but then we would have felt we had time for appetizers and a few drinks. Not the waiters fault. Our plates all Looked and felt like they had been forgotten under a heat lamp. I have worked in restaurants as a side job my whole life. This was one frustrating experience. The inside of the Gaylord Opry hotel is something to see. It is beautiful. If you want to park at the hotel, just as a dinner guest, that will be an additional $35. So many better dining experiences in Nashville.

The food here was incredible! The chef came out and thanked us and was as nice as could be. Fresh, vibrant and delicious describes everything we had. Taylor, our server was a delight! Highly recommend!!

For$200 I expect fantastic food. The lasagna tasted like yesterday's leftovers and the mushroom ravioli was awful. No sauce just swimming in olive oil. Zero flavor. I'm so disappointed, used to be one of my favorite restaurants at Opryland

Food was good. Service was dreadful. Server disappeared repeatedly and it took over an hour from the time I asked for the check to walking out. If you like decent Italian food and have 4 hours to spare this might be an option. Not feeling like a valued guests. Feeling ignored.
