This location is going downhill very quickly .
It was almost empty inside yet we still had to wait 20 mins just for water AND remind our waiter that we needed water . We ordered mozzarella sticks and calamari as appetizers though, our calamari got to us when our food did. For our entrees , we ordered 2 ultimate feasts and a shrimp alfredo. The shrimp alfredo is a shareable portion and can be split . The lobster that came with the ultimate feasts were both undercooked, crab legs were cold and the shrimp was chewy and cooked down. The manager was pleasant and apologetic for the service that we were provided since, it was way below standard. The servers could use training . We didn’t get to enjoy our meal so we quickly asked for the bill and left

Always walk away with full belly and smile on my face. The GM is nice and the African American guy with the dreds when they are shirt staffed he help out and he's ALWAYS nice and courteous.

We arrived and were promptly seated. The table had crumbs and so did the bench. The restaurant was not busy so it wasn’t like there were many people/ no time to clean. Not a big deal, I wiped everything off with my hands as best as I could. When my water came out, there was food down the side of my cup. I knew then between how absolutely run down the restaurant was and the dirty table, that if the water had food smeared on it, I didn’t want to eat anything from that kitchen. My friend and I ordered a dessert and left. The whole restaurant is sooooo run down / tired looking and dirty.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Gave it three try’s and they make one person wait on all the tables and people just chill in the back. I never leave reviews and finally had an experience worth doing it. Can’t even believe I’m writing this. Trash service. I hope all dining places close down and robots take over the world. This place sucks.

I have always loved Red Lobster. Went with my family to celebrate my birthday. I had requested a second glass of Chardonnay; but had to cancel it because no one was available to grab another bottle from wherever it was stored. The food was mediocre at best. Just disappointing all around.

They have totally changed the menu. Atmosphere was very dry and gloomy.

It's expensive. It's cliche. It's a corporate victim of a changing world. It's not changed since Lincoln ate there. It's running out of brown things for decor. Blablabla. Hush. Put a golden buttered biscuit in your face and listen.

It's also freaking delicious.

When Ma wants crabs and Pa wants scallops, This is still the place to go. You know you'll get a great meal. You probably already know what you're going to order because God hasn't put many new types of fish in the ocean lately, You're going to enjoy it.

Thank you, Red Lobster . We hope your business side can catch up with your service side and you survive these "rough seas" you're facing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is fine, though the placement is goofy. The double doors can be challenging to navigate. They're needlessly tall and heavy. Once inside,. It's smooth sailing (ha!) whether you're on crutches or wheels.

Sadly, everything about Red Lobster has gone downhill. They definitely need a remodel to update and refresh the atmosphere and decor. It's dark, dreary and depressing. The design is the same as it's been for the past 20+ yrs. The service was ok and the food was mediocre at best. The clams tasted like rubber and the coleslaw was terrible. By no means was I expecting 5 star dining, but Red Loster used to be a place where the food was decent and you left satisfied. At least the biscuits were still good. Maybe they'll be able to turn it around, but I won't be returning.

Now I understand why so many Red Lobsters are closing. I haven't been in years, but I will not be returning. Sad because it was my granny's favorite place to eat, so a lot of great memories.

1. Dirty - I walked in 15 minutes after they opened and food under every table and wierd moldy smell. Like the carpet haven't been cleaned in years or something.

2. Who is out of Cesar dressing that early in the shift.

3. Fish was burnt when it comes to frying, and the extra fishy taste of the flounder was the nail. It was fried so hard it was chewy. Couldn't cut it with a fork and tough to pull apart with my hands. No lemon or vinegar came with the plate. And the tarter sauce was padded with onions. More onions then anything.

4. The baked potato was from the night before. It was so dry and had that old dark sitting ring right under the skin.

The only thing good was the biscuits and shrimp.

Server was nice.
