My boyfriend and I decided to come here for our 1 year anniversary and we had such a great time. Our server/bartender Debra was incredible. She was so sweet and made our experience so special.

It was really good for some weary travelers who needed to stretch their legs and rest their knees!!! The burgers were as good as ever, the addition of endless sides were really nice!!! And my wife's shrimp was super tasty! We wanted something we hadn't had in a while and this was wonderful!!!

well we tried to give RR another chance after not going for over 6 months, unfortunately we will never go back. I ordered burger with only cheese, fries, wife had fish and chips, her food comes out and mine is wrong, all toppings on burger. I politely let server know the problem, she takes it to have it recooked, they scrap the toppings off, send it back, as I take a bite I know they didn't;t make it new, I looked at it still lettuce in cheese so I tell manager, he says sorry, and he goes back puts cheese over old cheese to cover lettuce, so we left.

The burgers tasted fine but were fairly small, and the fries had obviously sat for a while before we got them. Overall, the meal was definitely overpriced even if you consider the "bottomless" sides. I didn't eat the first serving and certainly wouldn't want another. I guess if they were fresh they might taste better. But $42 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, a lemonade and a water seems a little excessive.

Got seated, waitress sitting at a table talking to someone. Didn't have any one come ask for drinks or anything for 10 minutes. Just got up and left. Sure the place is fine, saw two other people get served right away so probably just our luck. Nonetheless not pleasant.

Just basic terrible service:
- took 10 minutes for drinks to be ordered
- condiments forgotten with order
- then condiments just never came out
- drinks never refilled
