Pretty good! Ava a great heat level at Medium!I ordered the chicken and waffles with fries. And it was all good. Waffle was a great size, the tenders were huge, fries were plentiful and seasoned.

We’re staying 15-20 minutes outside of Nashville and wanted to try some hot chicken. We came into town just to try Red’s, and it was incredible. First bite was so good, I had to close my eyes just to take it all in. Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Even the smell was so good, I had to pause to savor it. Two adults and two kids loved every bite. Got three orders of tenders—southern, mild, and medium heat, and a chicken sandwich, all with fries. All was amazing.

Very seldom in my life have I ever been able to say "that was the best ______ I've had in my life". Today was such a day. I'd heard of this place all the way up in Calgary. We almost didn't stop as the weather wasn't optimal and there was no indoor seating but we decide to test the reputation. We got chicken tenders and fries. It was served on white bread - seems to a be a thing in Nashville but whatever.. I got hot and she got medium. Red warned us that hot was HOT and he was right! Hot was hot enough to clear my sinuses and say my prayers but not so hot as to wipe out that delicious, juicy chicken flavour. We slathered it in honey and dipped it in the equally delicious house dipping sauce. Never better. Red spent a year perfecting this and I'm grateful for every moment he spent on it. Unless you are very brave, I wouldn't recommend the Nashville Fire level as the Hot was as close to Hell as I want to get while I'm on vacation, but for sheer flavour and lip smacking goodness, check out this humble establishment. Definitely a 'must have!'

Had the chicken mac with pimento and bacon. Amazing. Also got the Chicken sandwich and fries and it was really good too. Staff was great. Only negative and not Red's fault, was the homeless cussing people out and going through the trash in their waiting area. Food is amazing and def worth the stop.

A "hole in the wall" shack has some of Nashville's BEST hot chicken. This place is both surprising & amazing. I just love a great "greasy spoon" type diner. Seriously. Come here. You will not regret it.
Reds is among the best Nashville Hot Chicken restaurants. The flavor is unique and the chicken is always perfect. In at least 50 visits I've never had an issue of any kind.This place is nearly an hour from my home and it is absolutely worth the trip.

The only negative thing about this place, I crave it now 24/7. If I'm anywhere in nashville, I beg coworkers to try this spot! And anyone I take says the same thing I do, definitely one of the best spots in nashville!! The crunchwrap mac chicken is my personal favorite that just makes my soul happy. The fries are also very well seasoned and a great choice for a side! This spot is kinda a hole in the wall, but that's where all the best food is!
