Roma Pizza and Pasta

I LOVE Roma. The small cheese pizza is my favorite. The crust is always fresh (and not cardboard tasting like some places) plus there’s tons of real cheese all baked to perfection. AND the pizza comes in a nicely decorated box, which is just a special touch in my opinion. It makes me happy to look at! It feels like they put a lot of love and care into the whole experience, which is quite the opposite from what you get at most places nowadays.

As far as I can tell it’s just one couple that runs it and they have always been wonderfully kind to me in the many years I’ve been coming here, so I don’t understand the reviewers who said they encountered rudeness…perhaps these reviewers were giving out rudeness and received it in return.

Roma is my go-to fix for a bad day because the food is just high-quality!

Staff would not honor Clipp coupon, which was what brought me in there. I was polite & respectful but man behind counter was rude and condescending. Argued that Clipp coupon was not redeemable there even though it’s clearly valid. Would not recommend doing business with them.

The truth is the owner of the place is rude and treats people badly, I will never visit that place again... I can't believe there are still arrogant people... I will not be able to eat there, but judging by the opinions of most people here, I will never do so either.

Door Dash orderer beware! Spent $85 on Door Dash and our pizza never got delivered. The Dasher claims it was never given to him and Romo’s claims the dasher lied. Someone obviously is not telling the truth. Very disappointed that Romo did nothing to fix the situation. We order from them quit often but will no longer-$15 for pizza plus $10 in Dasher tip…just burned $25 bucks!

Highly recommend the pastas but the thin crust pizza has been over cooked twice now. Just a heads up about the pizza.

The food was great, and the service was top notch. The pizza was hot and fresh and the cheesecake was also good. This location is around the backside of the strip mall and can be easily missed. Great service and we will be back.

The Chicken Alfredo at Roma Pizza & Pasta is absolutely delicious! The creamy sauce is rich and perfectly balanced, and the chicken is tender and flavorful. Every bite was a delight, and I can’t wait to come back for more!

Just moved to an area that most chains don’t deliver to. Roma got all the specifications of my order CORRECT and the delivery service was great. I don’t write reviews often but I will definitely be ordering from Roma frequently.

Recently brought my family here for lunch to have pizza and wings — we figured we’d support a local small business. Unfortunately, everything took about 30m to “make” and when it came out it was clear that nothing was made fresh and the wings, in particular, tasted overcooked and refried. When I told the guy the wings didn’t taste right and he visibly grew annoyed and said “I can’t give you money back and if I make it again it will be the same.” He was confrontational and stubborn. His attitude was very disappointing, especially considering, it looked like a family business. I wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews for this spot are friends of the owner trying to help out. The atmosphere had red flags that I was willing to look to pass IF the food was any good but that wasn’t the case. The atmosphere, food and the attitude of the owner all matched. I hope that he gets the help/wake up call that he needs. I wish them nothing but the best but this isn’t a place I would visit again.

We wanted to support this place being that we live in the area, but it was a disappointment. Nothing about this place is inviting. They sell premade pizzas that they put into an oven. The wings are refried and drizzle bottled sauces on top. Nothing is fresh. The owner was not open to feedback and was rather rude.
