Save you money people. Ruby Tuesday sent me a coupon for buy one entrée, get one free. They sent me to the bar to place my order. I arrived to the bar and one other person was there and no bar tender. I sat down to wait for the bar tender and another gentleman walked up but he stood. Of course the bar tender comes back and instantly asked him how she could help him, never mind the fact that I was there long before him. OK, I'm going to order my food anyhow. I ordered and as I'm waiting no drink specials were offered. Another couple came to the bar and they had to ask the bar tender of happy hour specials because she didn't tell them either. Finally she tells them of specials and I hear bourbon on special. After she finished serving the couple drinks I was like well since ya'll are having happy hour (which you never mentioned) I may like a dink, what bourbons do you have? I was afraid to get my food from this greasy haired women as her appearance was unkept and shouldn't even had ordered a drink. The bar tender started telling me that Crown, Hennessey and Jack were bourbons. I'm not much of a drinker but I'm pretty sure they are cognac. Hence her $0 tip.

Very slow service, food was good but. Didnt have everything on the salad bar as they usually do.had to wait too long for food to come and too long for some one to come make our salad.wont be going back soon.

We walked in at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night and it took 5 minutes for us to be greeted at the host stand. There was only 7 tables seated in the entire restaurant. The ribs were some what tasty but they were dry and we never got our drinks refilled. The portions left a lot to be desired. The waitress was friendly but absent.

Food & Service were great. The Resturant itself is very run down & in need of a huge remodel. Smells like a musty basement, ceiling tiles missing. There is a table in the bar area with a bucket to catch water leaking from roof. Seats are torn up. Bar itself is dirty and needs replaced. This is going to be another sad shutdown if actions are not taken.

Website said 15%, and it was not applied. I web ordered for Togo. Staff was nice and helpful. Chicken Strips were very dry and the Mashed potatoes ? were not fresh at all.
