My experience was wonderful. I did not order the steak like I usually do. I ordered from the Thanksgiving menu.

We came for Thanksgiving and our experience was disappointing. The turkey was very fatty and when we mentioned it to our server she did nothing. Take home portions were much smaller than last year. And the dinning room was so packed it felt claustrophobic.

I celebrated my birthday with family and friends. Our waiter was great! The food was fresh and hot. I received a free cheesecake 😊 The manager Rose is awesome. She came by our table several times to make sure we were good. Everyone was satisfied!

Great experience. Multiple servers and managers stopped by to make sure we were happy. Food was all delicious and cooked properly. The table was decorated with a card and confetti for our daughter's birthday, which was nice. Classic and delicious, why we continue to return.

We had a wonderful dinner and Issac, our server, was fabulous! He was engaging, funny and attentive. The food was great and the level of service provided by Issac made it a 5 star evening.

Great food and our waitress who is from Australia was pretty awesome. Only negative is I had no idea where to self park! I ended up parking in a church parking lot a couple of blocks away and hoping I wouldn't find my rental car was towed away once we finished dinner.

We have been dining here for nearly ten years — it's always been our go-to every time we're in town. Unfortunately, this was by far our most disappointing experience, especially considering we were celebrating our son's 30th birthday. We were seated directly in the path of cold air from the front door. I immediately asked to be moved, and I was dismissed almost instantly — as if my request was an inconvenience. The tone felt belittling, and it was clear I wasn't being taken seriously. I ended up wearing both my coat and my husband's coat throughout dinner because it was so uncomfortable. The service overall felt lackluster — which surprised me, as we've always spoken very highly of this restaurant in the past. After dining here countless times over the last decade, I expected a level of care and hospitality, especially with a bill over $600. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and honestly a little embarrassed that this was where we chose to celebrate such a special milestone. If leaving wouldn't have disrupted my son's birthday celebration, we would have gone elsewhere. The food was fine, but the service and seating experience overshadowed everything. Where you're seated matters, and being dismissed so abruptly set the tone for the evening. I truly hope this was an unfortunate one-off experience, but it was disheartening for a place we've always loved so much. I'm sharing this in hopes that it's taken seriously — because after years of loyalty, this visit simply missed the mark.

Zachary made my birthday dinner such an incredible evening! We need more servers like him in the restaurant industry.

This was my first time visiting Ruth Chris. I know it's a steakhouse but I got the stuffed chicken. It was so good that I woke up thinking about it the next day. Highly recommend!

Madi was our server today and she was terrific! Great menu selections. Bar tender didn't know how to make a Manhattan but Madi made ours personally and the result was outstanding

They seemed to be having a sewage problem and as soon as you hit the hall to bathrooms it was terrible!! Inside the restroom was even worse!

The Caymus Vineyards Tastemaker Dinner was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Every course was thoughtfully curated and perfectly paired with world-class wines, creating a seamless balance of flavors and presentation. The Lump Crab Bisque was rich, velvety, and full of flavor — the splash of sherry and tender crab set the tone for the evening. The Applewood Smoked Pork Belly that followed was melt-in-your-mouth tender, complemented by a refreshing red cabbage and apple slaw that added just the right amount of crunch. The main course stole the show — a beautifully cooked Center-Cut Filet topped with rosemary-charred mushrooms, served with a truffle and bacon twice-baked potato and creamy spinach au gratin. It was the perfect harmony of savory comfort and fine dining. Paired with the Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, it was nothing short of spectacular. The evening ended on a high note with the Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée, a dessert that was as elegant as it was decadent, paired with a cozy finish of coffee and tea. Every bite and sip felt intentional — the service was attentive, the ambiance was warm, and the pacing of the dinner allowed guests to truly savor each pairing. If you're a food and wine lover, this is one event you don't want to miss. Great food, great wine, and a great night out — exactly as promised.
