Where do I begin?! The ice cream machine shot water at me. The chocolate milk machine had mold. The waiter passed gas and blamed it on me. The food was so dry I had to keep my beverage in the back of my mouth to be able to swallow.

I hadn't been to a Ryan's in years, but while doing last minute shopping before getting back on the highway home I noticed the Ryan's sign and we went there to eat. The buffet selection there was hot and tasty and stayed being refilled whenever low. Both tried chicken the spicy and non spicy was delicious and the cornbread was also very good. The cashier at the front counter was so courteous and helpful and Flo our server was nice also.

I was very excited to see a Ryan's. Most are closed. I was disappointed in the food quality from what I remember it to be.

I'm not sure how this place is still open. Dirty silverware, plates, glasses, mold/slime on the ice dispenser. Employees that don't care. Chicken tenders that were still raw. Manager was informed-he pulled them off the line. Bits of food spilled in all the other pans of food, observed employee pick food out of pan with bare hand. Avoid this public health nightmare at all possible costs.

Extremely dirty! I hope my family doesn't come down with food poisoning. The food was dried out, nothing was fresh. The chocolate milk machine had mold on it, glad it wasn't working. The floor was sticky. The ice cream machine had ice cream all over the floor. I would not recommend going. This is the first time I visited a Ryans and I will never be going again.

The food was great but they didnt bring rolls out and I had to get my own drink the first time. Finally the server came over after about 17 minutes. Our prior visit at another location was a lot more pleasant.

Wasn't great. Steak was pretty decent. Some of the other food didn't taste that good. Bathrooms were very small and you could tell they must not have a lot of time to take care of them.
Food was not good. Very dry and overcooked. Waitress was very rude. Reached over us to get sugar packets for the next table. Never excuse me or anything. We brought all of this to the managers attention but his response was he couldn't help it. We will not be going to Ryans anymore!

I was hoping to find the bread pudding I had at Hometown and Old Country Buffet, but this restaurant doesn’t have it. That dessert is the only reason I go to this chain. I’m going to write to Ryan’s.

The service was very poor. The corn was awful, the croutons were very old and stale, no one fixed the coke being out, and they let homeless people come in and go table to table begging for someone to buy them food. Worst restaurant experience I've had in my life.
