My first time here I was expecting everything to at least go smooth. Waiter never came around to refill drinks. Our cooked rushed the food my veggies were very hard.. pretty much fresh veggies with sauce. They spilt 3 steaks between 5 people. My noodles were very soggy & mushy. Chicken was burnt. The only thing that was good was egg rolls and wine. If u had to choose to come back I wouldn’t. Definitely wasn’t a good first experience.

We went back in April 2025 for the first time. The food was good but the service was terrible. The staff seemed mad that we came in for dinner. We went back again on 09.13.25. The staff again seemed mad that we came in for dinner; as an aside, they are now adding 18% gratuity to EVERY check. The food was very flavorless. Everything on the plate tasted the same. About 12 hours after eating there, I was violently ill. It lasted for almost 36 hours. I don't plan to ever visit there again.

We were served by a guy named Otter, as mentioned by the host, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, he displayed a negative attitude that suggested he didn’t want to be there. He took our drink order but lacked the enthusiasm we expected. While our appetizer arrived promptly, his demeanor overshadowed the meal. Ultimately, we decided to leave after paying for our drinks and appetizer because we didn’t receive the hospitality we deserved. We were a group of six, and it was clear that his attitude affected our experience significantly.

Overall it was good. We don't live in the area anymore and haven't been there in a while but the food was just a little bland that night, but we would go back. Recommend

Poor service and the restaraunt is filthy. The entire area around the hibachi tables is caked in grease from the ceiling to the walls. Our chef let food fall into the trough where they usually discard food and still served it.
Besided all that, the food wasn't even very good. One of us got sick after this meal.

Picked up food from here since we’ve never tried it before. The fried rice is plain, no veggies at all, didn’t look like there was egg either. The steak was overcooked and very tough and had some teriyaki sauce on it which was strange because we didn’t order that. I also ordered 2 crème brûlées for me and the other person only to find I was charged almost $5 a pop for a Costco crème brûlée that comes in an 8 pack that you can get for less than $10. I actually have it in my fridge, the exact same one. Just felt like a scam and totally overpriced. Would not recommend if you’ve had good hibachi before, and we agreed to never go back. Who knows what else they are doing to cut corners. Yikes.

Do not go to this restaurant . Poor customer service and especially with the manager. We had an issue and she came prepare to be angry and fight . She had on sweat pants and a T-shirt and was not helpful at all. In fact she told us if you don’t like what you ordered - oh well you pay for it and you can leave if you want

Worst experience ever !! The waitress was rushing and did not explain the menu. We had an issue with what we ordered and asked for the manager . She came out ready to fight . Worst attitude ever. The sushi rolls they brought out were terrible . Just thrown together . We tried to explain to her that it’s not what we wanted and the manager said “too bad , you will have to eat it because you ordered it .” We paid for what we had ordered and left. We will never visit this location again.

I loved it so much the food was on point, and our cook was very kind and funny. Loved the fire tricks and the overall atmosphere of it. 100 percent recommend for people wanting a nice hibachi lunch or dinner.

Been going here for years. Won't be back. Zero stars. The filet tastes and looks like wild game, not beef. Even slathered in too much teriyaki it was so bad nobody in our party would eat it at 40 bucks a pop. The waitress and manager were rude when we tried to explain it. So disappointing. The hidden 18% gratuity was also sad to see. This place has gone so far downhill its crazy!

Came in and was immediately shown a automaticity added 18% Gratuity tip on all orders. We looked at the menu and when placing our order they said they were out of filet steak . Food came and my noodles were completely inedible as the noodles tasted like they swapped salt with sugar . On top of that the rest of the food was decent at best and not good comparable to other hibachis I’ve had with much better food . When we they came to collect our food we told them about the noodles and asked if they were going to charge for inedible noodles . They said they were going to speak with management, and they said they could only take off the noodles ( that means the combo that we paid more for would pretty much be at a loss of money as they were only taking off the upgrade from rice to noodles ). On top of that the prices were overpriced for the quality of food they were providing . I would not recommend this place to anybody. Instead of wasting your time and money here, go literally anywhere else—Chikuyo Tei and Fukutoku are right down the road and actually know how to treat customers. Even Mikado in Nashville is worth the short drive if you want food that doesn’t taste like regret. I ordered hibachi noodles and they somehow replaced the salt with sugar, so unless you’re craving dessert pasta and disappointment, stay far away.

This place has great sushi and their bento boxes are delicious. Big portions in the bento boxes. Their takeout is pretty quick.

We ordered take out and the food had ZERO flavor. I’m really surprised this place has 4 stars. I really expected it to be a lot better especially for what we paid. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back.
