Oh no.. This place is priced like a high-end steak house, but it's really not any better than Texas Roadhouse.
The hostess was not all that accomodating upon walking in. That's like first contact, yea? Why put a gumpy hostess at the podium?
The steaks were ok, and I mean just OK. But at $15-$20 more than I can get at Texas Roadhouse, I'd rather go to the latter. And I dare say, TR steaks are better.
The waitress was nice, but had no idea how to run an electronic giftcard. After she came by three times, another random dude swung by to get the giftcard info, then a manager showed up. We commented that we'd given this info a few times already. All she said was "ha ha." No, not ha ha, it shouldn't be that complicated. WAAAAAY over priced for mediocre steaks. Thanks, but I'll be happy to take my money to Texas Roadhouse. At least they have rolls and marginally polite staff.

If you’re at the Opry mills mall or just passing through town! You have got to stop in and eat here! Food is A1 and the staff mainly “Ashton” is the best!! Ask for Ashton your next trip in you will not regret it!

Sat there for an hour after our sever took our order. She was very polite and kept apologizing for the food When we got our food the food was cold and over cooked.

We enjoyed the steaks, sides, and the meal was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone in the mood for steaks!
Dietary restrictions: We are carnivores, but we had to downgrade to keto here, for the various sides. For example, I ordered the steamed broccoli with a side of butter.
Parking: Saltgrass Steak House is part of the massive Gaylord Convention center, and so is surrounded by lots of parking. Finding a spot close to the entrance can be problematic.

Definitely worth the trip! Everyone’s steak was cooked just the way we asked and tasted delicious! The steak was seasoned well and had a great char to them! The sides were decent, my baked potato lacked some salt but overall was good. The others at the table got mashed potatoes or broccoli and they said it could’ve also had more flavor/ broccoli cooked better. They did have GF bread to bring to the table as well which is always a plus if you are gluten free! We also got the cheese fries and those were great! For parking if the driver can drop you off it would be nice, the parking spots are located a little far away.

My husband & I ate here for the first time today. The food was excellent! I highly recommend the Maudeen's Filet it was great along with the smoked macaroni and cheese! We will most definitely be back!

First time in Nashville and man this place was a let down. The waiter seemed annoyed from the first second we got there. Had to ask multiple times for bread and don’t get me started on refills. All the staff seemed more interested in the drama folding between the team members than she was to refill my drink all while standing 10 feet away. The food was actually decent. But nothing to write home about. Definitely recommend going elsewhere to anyone.

I made a reservation GPS messed up ended up running late when we got here we still had our table waitress came out within seconds, her name was Emma she was very friendly and made sure everything was how we wanted it. She was on top of everything. If we was staying longer we would defiantly be back again!
