I used to love to go to Sam's cafe to grab a hot dog. But now for months, they have no hot dogs. They keep saying their machine is broken . Of course that machine could have been fixed or replaced in a matter of hours. Seems like they don't want to bother with hot dogs anymore

This place is a God send. I go here 3-4 times a week for lunch or dinner. You can’t beat $1.50 for a jumbo hotdog and a drink or $2.50 for a fresh slice of pizza and a drink. It really helps me to cut back on my weekly grocery budget!

I love Sam's Club, but there is ZERO EXCUSE for your deli to be closed during business hours, and ESPECIALLY on Saturday during lunch hour...and it's not the first time this week I've come in to this nonsense and foolishness. Not when members are paying $50 a year for membership. It is disgraceful. It is inexcusable. DO BETTER. PERIOD.

Experience was horrible. Didn’t want to make or prepare any pizza.had to call a manager and still didn't fix the issue. Only had four slices of old pizza out in the front. Had to call over 5x just to get a manger. She claim to discuss the issue with the cooks but didn't resolve the issue. i came back in they still told me the same as before( they don't have any pizza) as i watch the lady bring out more and more pizza. So i asked if i can wait for a fresh slice or order a whole pizza. still the same response. when i talked to the manager she said that she wasn't happy with the staff etc. also that if i go back and order what i want they would fix it right on the spot. as i said before still didn’t happen. I believe the manger i spoke with her name is Stephanie. the man at the register told me that the pizza has been sitting out for over 30 minutes . i think the pizza was made around lunch time 12 or 1 and i came in a little bit after 5pm. the woman did not want to make any pizza. I'm not sure if the man at the register was also a cook or not but what he was telling me was not adding up with what i seen with my own eyes. the woman had a bad attitude and I'm not sure what the issue was. I wasted gad coming out to sams and still didn't get what i came for. I had no attitude and i was willing to wait for fresh pizza regardless of the time wait. .

Today, I went into Sam’s and it was great as usual until I got to checkout. My 3 year old sneezed and the cashier looked at me. I told her it was his sinuses. She told me that I needed to get him checked out because of the Corona Virus. Then she scanned my items and left them on the counter. I had to put my items in the cart because my kid was in the cart and she didn’t want to get touched. When my little one pointed to her Maui pen it was as if he were spitting flams on her.

Today at Sam’s a couple got a return ticket at the door (they were in front of me) and went to the customer service line to return it (I watched them.). Several people were in amazement just as I was. I’d be ashamed to take that to the dump!!!! I asked the door guy if they’d really take that back, and he shrugged his shoulders and said “we take stuff back.” Wow!!! Maybe I can wear out my car tires and take them in for a refund... then buy a new set and do it all over again... I hope Sam’s doesn’t take back crap like this and increase prices to cover it.
