They cancel my order every time. I understand pizza places are busy on Friday and Saturdays, but it's every time. Just take your store off the delivery apps.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I just walked to The door at 2:50pm on a Thursday. I noticed some people getting high literally parked in front of the store. I pull the door open to restaurant and the people in the car opened the door letting out a cloud of smoke and asked me if was picking up or placing. I said placing and they responded with “were closed” and shut their door. Now if you were closed why would you ask if I placed an order? Really disappointed because I wanted to try this place. Management needs to put some work into this place, clearly your not going to make money with this going on. Lost the business of me forever and only live 1/4 mile away.

After ordering a couple months ago and being unimpressed (pizza was noticeably small, barely any toppings, and they didn’t deliver themselves like normal which was always early) I assumed it was a fluke because I ordered here often. Tried again and that did it for me. This is not the same pizza I used to love. Half of the pizza was cracker thin and the other half was barely risen an inch thick. When handed the box, it was so light I thought it was empty. Made sense once I saw the pizza. I’m not going to give them a third chance to rip me off. Find another spot, this isn’t the same Sam’s.

The pizza is delicious.The staff Are completely incompetent.I went inside to order a pizza, only 1 other customer inside. I sat down at a table to wait for my pizza, 45 minutes later I get up to go ask what is taking so long and the response was that my pizza was going into the oven right now.. 45 minutes to get started on my pizza..Hire at least one competent person to make sure everything works as it should. The manager there didn't see any problem ?

Sam’s Pizza used to be the best place to go in the area for pizza. Ever since management switched over, the service has been beyond horrible. A Middle School kid did 100 times better than the group working now. They try to scam customers by putting a 12 inch pizza in an XLarge box while also cutting the slices thin to make it seem like you’re getting the size pizza you ordered (like you wouldn’t be able to tell…). 2 of the 3 times this happened we had to wait over 45 minutes for our order after getting to the restaurant 20 min after we ordered (when they said it would be ready). I get home and 1. the pizza looks like the pictures below 2. it wasn’t even cooked through. Along with all the issues, we have had, the “manager” I spoke with on our most recent order asked me what I expected them to do. MAKE MY ORDER CORRECT, HOW ARE YOU A MANAGER ASKING THAT QUESTION?! Again, this has now happened to us 3 times, same issues, and we will not be going back. This not how you do business. DO NOT GO HERE! You’re wasting your money, and your time by driving out.

Pizza is good, but the service here is terrible. When we first moved to this area we ordered from here all the time and never had an issue. I’m not sure if there’s new management but it’s taken a poor turn in recent months. Multiple orders “forgotten,” were told 15-20 minutes for pickup numerous times and proceeded to wait an extra 30-45 minutes upon arriving, ordered an extra large pizza numerous times only for the size itself to be a medium with tiny slices to meet the slice count of an extra large, etc. We called to ask them to refund us or replace the order but the woman working didn’t know how to handle the situation and called the manager who didn’t pick up the phone. This makes me sad because we LOVED this place but unfortunately likely won’t come again. The last 5 times we’ve gone there’s been some sort of issue and the original workers we would see upon moving here haven’t been there in months. If they get their management together then we would definitely come back.Pizza is good, but skip the inconveniences and pick another local place.

Ordered through a delivery app and the food was terrible. Pizza was frozen pizza quality but worse and the wings were undercooked and soggy with only a light drizzle of Buffalo. Don’t recommend eating here at all.

Calzones/strombolis are on point. Super tasty. Word of caution, don't use EatStreet to order. They apparently have to call the restaurant to get the order placed and they told the lady working there the wrong thing. Fortunately, it was fine cuz they just said calzone instead of stromboli so it was the same thing but it could've been a lot more annoying.TLDR: get the calzone/stromboli, don't order with EatStreet
The errors that Sam's pizza made on my order were ridiculous. And although the pizza that I ordered was average, with the wedge fries, it was clear that the potatoes were old. The seasoning/ the coating that was supposed to be able to potatoes was peeling off and didn't stick properly. I clearly typed no mayo on my sandwich and it was slathered with mayo. So two of the items are ordered were just inedible. Frankly, I'm worried about eating the Oreo cheesecake I'm afraid that that has to be old too because the food quality was so bad It was just pretty offensive.

After concert cancelled. IT was around 11:30 by the time we made it back to hotel. Everything closed near us but Sam's so we said why not and they deliver directly to the hotel room. THE BEST pepperoni pizza we have ever had. Also ordered a chef salad. The salad was very fresh. Will definitely be eating this again on our next visit.

Pizza and Calzones are amazing! Sauce is some of the best we have ever had! Worth every second of the 45 mins for delivery time. This has become our go to pizza place. We love them!

Great pizza, great mozzarella sticks and speedy fast delivery. Was in the area for work and ordered late at night, driver was friendly, quick in the delivery and the meal was perfect!
