Sam's Place is one of my favorite spots to meet up with friends, enjoy consistently good food, and watch ball games. They also have a great bar and excellent service! ???
Service was terrible. No one at the host stand, sat in the bar area, waited for a server or anyone to acknowledge me, after waiting and the bartender finally coming to my table. She approached and didn’t greet me she stood there. I had to ask for a menu. She was not welcoming and basically said nothing when she approached. Never came to check on my food or if I wanted another drink. Also watched people wait at the front to be seated while everyone ignored them for a good while. It was like 3 o’clock on a Wednesday they were empty basically, wasn’t like they were even busy. Very unprofessional atmosphere and service. No managers in sight to help with anything. Sams is going downhill bad.

My husband and I went to Sam’s yesterday for an early dinner. It was our first time to visit this establishment but it was highly recommended. My only complaint is that the hubs ordered a vodka canned drink and received the wrong flavor… then ordered a Jack Daniels neat and recieved something different. Also the size of his drink was small as well. I tasted his whiskey and it definitely was not Jack Daniels. We were charged for JD. Because it was busy we decided not to make a fuss…but because of this we probably won’t be back. The food was really good tho.

I sit with the manue for about 20 minutes! Nobody checked on me nor next to my table customers. So had to stand up and shake waiters shoulders because they didn't see or didn't care to my callings. After ordering the food, again looooong time to wait. For the note, it was not rush time, not too many customers. I would never come again. Burger is OK but not worth of waiting to be served in an hour.

Nice restaurant with lots of TVs. I had roasted chicken & broccoli. Everything was nice, except my waiter never refilled my glass of water. To his defense it was very busy & place was packed.
