Sandra is a fabulous wedding caterer! She did an absolutely wonderful job on several large scale luau events for us at Kings' Chapel Community for several hundred people each time. Handmade cupcakes shaped like fish with bright colors and a buffet that was to die for. The guests were thrilled!

Sandra was alwaysresponsive in the planning stages and was willing to adjust things for me when needed. She and her servers were very helpful throughout the night. I personally really enjoyed her Chicken of the Dukes! She also made our wedding cake and groom's cake, which both turned out cute! We asked for a galaxy themed groom's carrot cake, and everyone raved to us afterwards about how much they loved that carrot cake! I definitely recommend Sandra!

We hired Sandra to cater our wedding on June 17th. We ordered gluten free bbq chicken, baked beans, and cole slaw. Loved that she was able to make it all gluten free since I have celiac disease. The chicken was NOT bbq. It was spicy and tasted like it had taco seasoning on it. The beans had a good flavor but were very undercooked. The slaw was great tho. For the price it was definitely not worth it :(

The only negative is that if a guest chooses a certain entree, that automatically comes with specific sides. so some guests were confused and wanted to choose the sides they wanted with a different entree, But it wasn’t a big deal at all. We definitely recommend!!
