Christian, our server, was excellent. Attentive but not over-bearing. Food could not have been any better. We ordered 4 apps, 3 entrees and 2 desserts with wine and cocktails for 4 people. Everything was delicious! I can't wait to go back!
We've eaten here a number of times. Happy hour is a nice way to save on some $$ and the Old Fashioned is on the list. They have a new salad on the menu with a great vinaigrette and selection of radishes and apple slices. The barramundi was excellent as well...like and delicate and perfectly prepared. Shrimp skewer is not to be missed as are the crispy artichokes. Lots of good stuff on the menu that we've had before and loved but a variety to mix it up for multiple visits, which is nice.
Table was dark- would love to see a bit more table top lighting ,as well a cloth for Friday/Saturday evening dining especially at the cost of $150 and over for dinner for 2. Server was attentive and lovely. Food and flavors were wonderful. Did not care for the chopped Caesar.
Such an amazing vibe, food was devine and just a 10/10 experience.

We dropped in for an early dinner and loved it! They do a happy hour menu (modest savings) until 5:30. We had the shrimp, zucchini flat bread, pesto pasta and salmon with olive oil cake and chocolate crème brûlée for dessert. Cocktails were good and the apps, pasta and chocolate crème really stood out. Our server Hannah was sweet, attentive and anticipated our needs well. For sure we are coming back to try more!

This was an amazing experience. Food is classic Mediterranean with a modern twist. Hats off to the chef the salmon with crispy skin was so satisfying. The fig leaf ice cream was so tasty, and the olive oil cake with orange blossom meringue was out rageous. A must go while in nashville. I almost forgot the olive oil martini, not to be missed.

Great post Bluebird spot and Green Hills location with 2 hours free parking. Food was delicious and the service was friendly. Nice relaxed vibe.
The Lamberger wasn't quite as good as it is was at lunch, but the squash they added when I asked for no french fries were just delightful with cherry tomatoes! And the martini was the smoothest ever. And Great service as always.
Cocktails- olive oil martini, skinny and spicy, espresso martini- all great. Burrata was a wonderful starter. We also had the lamb burger and barramundi- good choices. Will come again- and next time order more small plates to share, the options looked great.

Monday evening - quiet dinner of delicious food. Our server Brette was phenomenal! We followed her recommendations on menu choices & were not disappointed. The chocolate crème brûlée was incredible!!! Be sure to save room for dessert 😉 Highly recommend SANTO for a lovely dinner!
Food was fresh and delicious! I've been a few times already and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville.
We set outside on a lovely evening and after awhile the traffic noise didn't bother us. The server was great, very attentive. I had a salad which was so very good and one person had the branzino which was also good. Feta app was shared and enjoyed. Our red wine was great but can't remember which one it was. Wine is, I guess, average price here but seemed a little high. Overall, highly recommend Santo.
