Pork chop was way overcooked - charred. The Moroccan Chicken didn't have much spice to it. The flat bread appetizer with beef was super bland. Choice of drinks very limited - soft drinks Coke or Sprite both ZEROs. Very expensive for less than mediocre meal. Won't be back.

Wow....how have I missed this restaurant when I have frequented the eateries next door?! Make a reservation ASAP for Santo. It's creative and incredibly yummy (the pork chop which was highly recommended was worth the high marks!) We had excellent service from the bartender, as well as excellent recommendations from appetizers to desserts. This is a small, cozy, and intimate spot where you can HEAR the conversation at your table (how refreshing!!) We will be back!

Great atmosphere, and a wonderful cocktail menu. We had the roasted eggplant, garlic fries, beets, flatbread of the day as shared appetizers. All small dishes but worked well for a table of 6. Entrees that were ordered were Branzino, Pesto Bucatini with shrimp or chicken, and the Moroccan Chicken. Everyone cleaned their plates. I had the orange wine, can't for the life of me remember the name but it began with a B and it was delicious!! We will go back for sure.
From start to finish, I loved my experience at Santo. Our waitress, Annika, was very warm and took great care of us, and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. The steak was cooked to my liking and frites were seasoned to perfection. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Got reservation at 8:30 but didn’t get the table until 8:45. The waitress came over to let us kitchen will close at 9:00 so she rushed us through the whole experience. You miss the whole point of Mediterranean dinner. You don’t just eat dinner, you eat and SOCIALIZE.

Let me just say WOW! Staff was suuuuper friendly and made smalll talk. Gave great suggestions and the food was amazing. I ended up ordering a second entrée because I just had to try something else. It was allll amazing.

Service was great. Food did take awhile to arrive from the kitchen, but I think that's part of the vibe. Modern industrial on the inside, not overly crowded. Would be great for a business meeting or date. Good low lighting. I got the steak frites and fries and it was cooked to perfection. Love the fact they have a salad + fries as an entree option. Espresso martini (I ordered one without sugar) was delicious and perfect. Thank you for accommodating such a request.

Interesting experience Sort of tapas style... We ordered sardines and expected a couple of them with nice crunchy skin on the plate. But to our surprise we actually got a CAN of sardines! Great Scandinavian breakfast!! Although I prefer them with fresh lemon juice on a piece of toast. Cocktails were great as was the service so we left happy. But I don't think we will frequent this restaurant.

Enjoyed our first dining experience at Santo and it did not disappoint. Interesting modern design with high energy vibe. Enjoyed the hanger steak frites entree and I must say the frites were exceptional. Andrew shared information about the future opening in BHM where we live which was great news.

This has become our favorite place in Nashville to eat for special occasions or when you just want a really amazing meal. The food is ALWAYS great, the service is awesome, and the environment has a great vibe. Last night our family went to celebrate our son's going back to college and we had a GREAT meal. Last night we shared the tuna tartar which is perfect, the flat bread - amazing and the focaccia bread. I had the steak and frites - possibly best in town, my son had the fish- wow and my husband had the lamb - yum! We split an amazing dessert. And if cocktails are your thing - they make great drinks too! Can't wait to go back.

Perfect New Year's Eve Dinner! The atmosphere is moody, the music is smooth. The four-course dinner was delicious and well-spiced. Brette was exceptional with her guidance and banter. I felt welcomed and taken care of as soon as I entered Santo! Bon appetit!

We tried Santo for the first time tonight and loved it! The food was delicious - we had the hummus, feta, and flatbread appetizers and all were lovely. My boyfriend and I shared the steak frites and the Moroccan chicken - both were super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The chocolate creme brûlée was so delicious for dessert. Service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful, and we loved the vibe. This place would be great for date night or dinner with a group of friends. I feel like we found a little gem of a restaurant in Green Hills. We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit and we will definitely go back. Loved the happy hour at the bar, and then were able to move to a table for dinner. The raw oysters were perfect, as was our friendly bartender and the host who was so accommodating . We really liked the atmosphere and appreciated that it was a reasonable price for a delicious dinner, which is hard to find these days. We enjoyed the salads , feta dip and hummus. The chickpea fries were ok, but I think I would have liked them better with a different sauce.
