Shabu Shabu is a favorite-always a fun and great experience. I’ve come here since 2020 and introduced my husband to it when we met. We love bringing visitors here because of the unique experience of cooking in your own individual pots. We generally like to focus just on Shabu and skip the Korean bbq option, though it is a nice option for those who are wanting both. You can’t go wrong coming here because everyone gets what they want. They recently remodeled and expanded their hours, previously only open for dinner. We are glad they are doing well as they have a 2nd location in Murfreesboro which is also very good. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Craving a fun, interactive dinner? Shabu‑Shabu in Nashville delivers. The all‑you‑can‑eat hot‑pot and Korean BBQ combo offers a wide selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and broths, all cooked right at your table. Many guests praise the attentive staff and vibrant atmosphere.
Its my second time and again it didn't disappoint, food was delicious!!!
Overall: great for groups, dates or first‑timers seeking something different — just go early to beat the rush and snag a good spot.

I wish there were a bit more variety on the conveyor belt, but the food itself was generally okay.

Shabu-Shabu is a favorite of mine when I come into Nashville. The BBQ options are limited but very flavorful. They have very good hotpot options and the broths are some of the best I’ve had.

They stop serving at 9 because they have a hard cut at 10. Should redo restaurant hours so people don’t show up after 9pm

Great experience. I recommend following the suggested cooking time. Also pace yourself. If you get overwhelmed when presented with options... don't throw everything in the pot at once. Resist the urge. This is not the time.

Alright, so me and the word witch took the two oldest heathens up to nashville for a little trip to the weird al concert and we decided we wanted to try something new for dinner before the show.

After a little bit of researching between our airbnb and the concert venue, None of us had ever tried anything like this before, so The Angry Teen sweet talked this into trying Shabu-Shabu.

This joint reminded me of several places I'd visited while stationed on Okinawa back in the 90s. Shabu-Shabu has that sane kind of vibe, and the setup was a lot like the Mongolian buffet places, where you pay a flat rate and pick the grub you want to cook.

So many choices between meats, veggies, spices, fixings, sushi and the monster mud bugs were Icing on top.

We will be back to give it another go.

And if you do try this place out, ask for Jess, she is a fountain of knowledge that put up with our newbie questions like a champ.

This is a wonderful place and a really great hot pot. They quit serving alcohol because they don’t have a license anymore. Just to give you a heads up! Worth a visit and worth the 45 minute wait!

It was great. They updated from last time I was there. Only complaint is that the tables need 2 grills. Hard for 4 people to fight over one. If more was added the perfection would be there

Probably the best 👌 hotpot I've ever been to. The kimchi was so super addictive too because it was very tasty and fresh. We didn't take pics of the food but here's the aftermath. Veggie sides were on point!
