From the moment we arrived, the experience at Shabu Shabu was fantastic! We were initially told our wait time would be 15 minutes, but we were seated in just about 4 minutes—great start! The service was outstanding, especially from our server, Ross. Since it was our first time at a restaurant like this, we had quite a few questions about how everything worked. Ross was incredibly patient, friendly, and thorough in explaining the process and answering all our questions. The entire meal was a delight, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10—highly recommend this place, especially for a memorable date night!

I regularly crave this place so much that I’ve even gone by myself! The soup bases are so good and I just focus on chucking meat to get my moneys worth 💪🏾 but the price is worth it in my opinion

Food was so delicious. There was so much to pick from your meats, veggies and tofu. It was set up like an all you can eat buffet which was unique for me. I would come back here everytime I visit Nashville :)
Wait staff was excellent. Took maybe 10 to 15 minutes to be seated on a Saturday late afternoon. I was there around the same time some of the complaints came in, and the menus specifically stated bar and grill are separate charges ON A HUGE menu. They in fact got both grill and hotpot. The floors were not greased. They were kept up accordingly. This establishment is amazing. We got to see the robot sing happy birthday to a couple people as well. Absolutely love this place. 😍

The girl on the phone just now was extremely rude. I just got off the phone trying to cancel a reservation I made with another girl over the phone last week, but this girl told me they don't do reservations anymore. So which is it?? She was constantly cutting me off and clearly was in a hurry to get off the phone. She didn't want to listen to me, answer my questions, nor handle the reservation cancelation. Awful service!
