Phila Davenport was great with working with a budget and being as helpful as possible. It is a very unique place to have a wedding. We chose it because she was so accommodating on price and such. I however feel I was a very laid back bride. I have read some reviews about people being not too pleased. Well you cant please everyone. There are antiques in the home and I feel some people complained because they were not allowed to own the place. The antiques were part of the charm and atmosphere. I feel we got the wedding of our dreams at a price we could handle. The food was great, we did a sit down dinner of chicken cordon blue with salad and sides. They can accommodate a small wedding indoor or out and have a large room for a reception. The main room upstairs is wonderful! I would recommend to all my friends and family. I actually got married there after years before being a maid of honor in my cousin's wedding. That was an outdoor ceremony in the middle of july. Our wedding was in November and indoors with a fire in the fireplace.
