We came in today during the ice storm. Very few restaurants were open so business was steady. Food was good and fast. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Super impressed with the attitudes of the staff in light a a near city wide shutdown.

Only have a 2 because I love their burgers. This location is terrible. I am the only person here on a Friday at 5pm and have been waiting over 15min for one burger and a fry. It's no wonder no one is here.

Came in today and it was surprisingly quick—no long wait at all. I ordered the shroom burger and it was honestly so good, super flavorful. The person I was with got the ShackBurger and felt like it was too much cheese for them and it upset their stomach. Service was fast and overall it was a good visit.”

Best hamburger I’ve ever had, the messier the better. Place was busy before a hockey game, got food within 10 minutes of ordering.
I ordered online and I received an email with my receipt saying I had three option to pick up, either pick up at the restaurant, drive-through or have it delivered. Well, when I got there there was no drive-through so I had to pay $11 to park downtown. When I finally arrived at the restaurant after walking about a quarter of a mile, and then had to drive home. My food was obviously cold. And we all know what fast food french fries tastes like when they’re cold. I was so looking forward to trying a shake shack burger, but I probably won’t be trying one again.
