We came in today during the ice storm. Very few restaurants were open so business was steady. Food was good and fast. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Super impressed with the attitudes of the staff in light a a near city wide shutdown.

Came in today and it was surprisingly quick—no long wait at all. I ordered the shroom burger and it was honestly so good, super flavorful. The person I was with got the ShackBurger and felt like it was too much cheese for them and it upset their stomach. Service was fast and overall it was a good visit.”

Stopped by Shake Shack and was greeted by Teresa — what an absolute gem! She was so warm and welcoming, treating everyone who walked in like she was inviting them into her own home. Her energy and kindness instantly brightened the whole place.

It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a genuine impression in just a few minutes, but Teresa did exactly that. Shake Shack is lucky to have her — she’s a true bright light in the area and makes the experience...
