The customer service was horrible, it was slow, and the portions were outrageously small for the high prices. This is probably the worst-managed place and offers the worst price-to-food ratio for fast food. I'll never visit Shake Shack again; their goal is shaking you down for money while giving you as little as possible for your money.

I stopped at the Shake Shack in the Nashville airport between flights and was really disappointed with the experience. The employees seemed uninterested in helping customers and had noticeably negative attitudes.

On top of that, the single burger I ordered—$8—came plain with nothing on it. No pickle, no lettuce, nothing. For the price, I expected at least the standard toppings.

Overall, it was not a good experience, and I won’t be stopping here again.

I watched one female employee bagging the meals, refilling the ice, and basically doing the work of 3 people while the male employees were standing around joking with each other. Almost missed my flight waiting for my order.

Our 2 orders we wrong burgers ,cold chips,,we complained the stuff was rude as they wanted to go home we were there 15 min b4 closing down,,they refused to change our burgers to correct order,,aggressive servent lady said she will have to put machine back on to make hot chips if we don't want to eat cold ones,,we spent 47 dollars for 2 burgers never again shame on you

We were connecting through BNA and I decided to get some food. I saw Shake Shack and decided to try it out, as I've never been to one. It was okay...
I got a pretty standard sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To my surprise, it was just that - pretty standard. I seriously don't see what the hype is about.
The patty was spiced correctly, the cheese was okay, and the egg was your standard fast food egg. All this for the airport price of just over $6.
If I'm ever at BNA again and have the chance to eat at Shake Shack, I'll skip it based on this experience.

This is in an airport. It was not busy. Maybe a couple of customers. Took 21 minutes to get 2 burgers and a shake. Typically at an airport you are trying to catch a flight. Took too long and the burger was just ok.
Said everything was included and that there was no extra charge for crispy onions and whipped cream… yea, they charged me. I am fine to pay but it is a terrible way to manage customer expectations.
EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE, JUST TRUST ME.
