I was passing through the airport waiting for my flight to Philly and decided to try shake Shack. The cashier and server were rude and after I bit my burger it was partially raw in the middle. Beware! It took forever to receive my food too!

DANGEROUS place to eat—the condition of the food is refrigerator cold, bread is soggy, and the meat looks CONCERNING. Photos attached.
I should of gone elsewhere once I witnessed the behavior of the staff who seem to be going out their way to get this place shutdown.

I eat here every time I’am at the airport! Their burgers are delicious and filling! The Double Smoke Shack with no peppers couldn’t be any better!

The lady at the till, she was black with red hair, was very rude. When it came time to pay I had a $50 - she couldn't break it up and that's completely understandable, but she said there's no change (not that she couldn't accept a 50) so I asked what she meant by no change (i.e do I need to provide coins or do I have to give exact change) she didn't even look at me, instead deciding to gossip with her coworker, and didn't answer my question. Eventually I'm able to get it out of her she just wants smaller bills, so I provide her with smaller bills, because she's not looking at me and still gossiping she then drops my change on the floor and just looks down at me while I have to pick it up. She didn't even apologize and returned promptly to her gossiping.

Came with my sister. While my sister was trying to order, the woman at the till (black, with glasses and red hair) wouldn't even look at her, instead having a conversation with her friend. She wouldn't take my sister's $50 bill because they didn't have any notes for change, which was fine. But when my sister tried to clarify whether she needed to pay with the exact amount or whether smaller bills would suffice, the woman ignored her three times before answering, because she was still having her conversation instead. To top it all off, she threw the change on the floor, because she wouldn't even look at where my sister was holding her hand out, without even an apology or thank you or anything.

Had breakfast while waiting on my flight. Had the sausage, cheese, and double egg sandwich and it was delicious. The person who took my order was nice. It took about 7 minutes to get my food. I will come back.
