In regards to the review from a few days ago from the man claiming he had poor service because he was “too white”. My friends and I were there when this situation arose. Us, as well as the two other tables nearby, consoled that server after the man threw a plate at her and started yelling. She was sweet as could be to us the entire time, and provided great service with no regard to the color of anyone’s skin. When this man went on his tirade through the restaurant, management was quick to try to appease him, while the server closed out all her tabs because she was clearly being sent home. She was in tears. She didn’t deserve to be treated that way by the man or her management. If they punished her, they made the wrong choice. And this man has the nerve to leave a review after being appeased by staff AND leaving with free food. Gross behavior by everyone, except our wonderful server.

This was the worst place ever, They had No meat options on their buffet other than a piece of fish or two of the chicken thighs that were left up there, We dined with five people all of which only had mac and cheese in a roll on our plates We told the server we was leaving and we're still charged to $90 when none of us ate a bite. We were passing through on vacation this was a big disappointment and a waste of money and time.

The young lady didn't bring us our drinks had to get the manger to get them spent her time at the bar and taking to the other black people. Gusto we where to white for her fell sorry for her she has a lot to learn. So if you are white go some where else

Wow who knew Shoneys had gotten so bad. The food wasn't terrible but the staff was atrocious. They were lazy. We were never offered a refill and no one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything.

Shoney's Buffet just like you remember-- except this one has a bar. Yes, they get packed for breakfast all weekend & many weekdays. The food is consistently good.
