The buffet was pretty small compared to other shoney's. So I ordered off the menu. Country fried steak meal was very good but we waited forever for our food and to pay . Has a long time shoney's fan I'd have to say I was disappointed . And a bar inside a buffet that makes no sense alcohol don't go good with buffet food.

I did the breakfast bar that hasn't changed in 20+ years and the price with coffee was $22.00 + tip for the same powder eggs hard biscuits etc I will go to Cracker Barrel next time and will be cheaper with tip then the total amount here and then it didn't give me options for tip

Edit: I received a call from a lady who was actually a waitress. I had no clue until recently. I had contacted corporate so why did a waitress call me back. Thanks for showing how much you are about your customers.
First of all they can have bad reviews taken down to make themselves look good. I have gone to Shoney’s since I was a kid. I am 53 now. It is not my favorite place but my Parents love going. The biggest mistake they ever made was bringing in the whites headed lady “running the location”. If they would take her back to corporate, I may actually give them a 5. I feel for the waitresses there. She treats them like kids and scolds them in front of customers. She was scolding one of them in front of us. My Mom said the lady in charge was acting like a b and she kicked us out.

We hadn’t been into a Shoneys in 30 years, the breakfast buffet was amazing! Like I always remembered. The food was hot and fresh . It was all day brunch and everything we ate was delicious. Kiki was our server and she was so friendly and polite.

We ordered the buffet and a cocktail. Didn't think it was possible to get a vodka and soda and and yet there it was. The green salad portion of the buffet was decent enough but the rest of the dishes were clearly out of a can. I didn't have any of the meat dishes and should have only been charged for the salad bar instead of the entire buffet but didn't argue. Not planning on being in Nashville soon but we'll find somewhere else for dinner next time.
