Went to the last one left in Nashville. Shoney's use to be my family's favorite place to go , especially after watch night services ( how many of you know what that is ?!? ).The atmosphere was great , everyone busy , however, the service was still great ! . The restaurant was bombarded by about 40 - 50 football players from Ohio ! The kitchen staff still kept the food bar well stocked !

Haven't been to Shoneys in years. Food was good, staff is exceptional, but the entertainment put it over the top. Entertainment you say?!? Why yes, where else could you get great food and a surprising tik tok worthy moment?!?! The staff handled the disgruntled moron effortlessly and with grace, allowing the rest of to enjoy our Sunday afternoon drink.

In regards to the review from a few days ago from the man claiming he had poor service because he was “too white”. My friends and I were there when this situation arose. Us, as well as the two other tables nearby, consoled that server after the man threw a plate at her and started yelling. She was sweet as could be to us the entire time, and provided great service with no regard to the color of anyone’s skin. When this man went on his tirade through the restaurant, management...
