Love this place and supporting a locally owned business. It is my son's favorite place to eat pizza and the owner is always polite, professional with great customer service. Every time we go there to either dine-in or pick up carry-out, the owner is always there working hard with her staff and you can tell she really takes pride in her place & the food. A local pizza spot that consistently has quality food and my favorite salad is perfect every time (literally never had a bad piece in the salad and that almost never happens when I eat out). This will continue to be a favorite pizza spot for our family and support this local business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady at the counter was nothing but rude from the second we walked in. When we decided to leave instead of ordering we tipped the lady for letting us use the restroom only to be met with a “not cool dude.” There was zero reason for any of this to occur and I warn anyone who simply wants decent service to go elsewhere.

Ordered 19 pizza's Friday for a Saturday event with 55 adults and young adults . Pizza'a were ready, on time, and good. This is Locally with the owner on site, and the care and professionalism shows. It's just awesome to have customer service as a top priority. I wish I lived on this side of town, this would be a regular stop.

I recently visited Sir Pizza in Bellevue with the intention of buying something because we had used the restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We didn’t end up eating, and the service we received was very poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which made for a frustrating experience.
We had hoped for a welcoming atmosphere, but the lack of customer service really put a damper on our visit. It’s a shame because we wanted to support the restaurant, but after this experience, we’ll be reconsidering a return visit.
We did have intention on buying food because we could have used the restroom at subway where we went. We had ever intention on eating there. You was rude to me and my husband I don’t want to say why but you know why you were rude to us.

5 stars isn’t enough!!! Lisa, the owner, is awesome. As first time customers, she took the time to get to know us and guide us in the perfect direction. It’s quite evident that Lisa has dedicated customers as she greets them by name and knows exactly what their usual is. Our pizza had a crispy tasty crust and flavorful toppings. The sandwich had crispy but soft bread and was equally flavorful. Awesome service and food! Thank you Lisa and team.
