We are willing to travel 3 hours from Memphis for this pizza at this location. Well worth the drive for the best pizza and service. Health Dept ratings ALWAYS 96-100. And we always take boxes of pizza home to our family- one of the only pizzas that’s good even cold.

Went in looking for a buffet like they used to have. Told had been 6 years ago. Ordered a pizza, ready in 10 minutes and it was great. Woman at counter and oven was fantastic. Will return!

Pizzas are always good known her since I was 8 her and her workers put a lot of passion into what they do if u want a squared pizza or u just want a pizza that is delicious and has passion in it I would recommend ?

Lisa, the manager of this location, is one of the most rude and unprofessional managers I've ever seen put in a leadership position. If she is what her subordinates look up to its no wonder this place has gone down hill. From the moment she started talking you could tell she was combative, and argumentative with customers on a regular basis and about 5 seconds after trying to explain the situation, I get hung up on. I've been a customer for years and because that is who they choose to represent their business with now I will not spend another dollar at this place for myself or my business.

It really pains me to write this review. The Sir pizza in west Nashville (charlotte pike) used to be my favorite pizza spot 20 years ago. I ate there weekly and loved it. Now that I live in Bellevue, the Bellevue location is obviously more convenient. The first issue I have is the price. I don't mind paying extra for food that I enjoy. But this location does not live up to that standard. I ordered a kings feast (all meat pizza), and expected it to have plenty of toppings (the one in west nashville used to pile it on to where they'd fall off if you tilted your piece sideways). You don't have to worry about that happening at this location!!! They skimp on toppings soooo bad it's ridiculous - literally you'll see a part of a diced pepperoni, small piece of sausage, and a small piece of bacon if you're lucky! And then they want to charge as if they've given you extra toppings. It's happened to others I know that have gone there too so I know it's not just me. I really hate it, bc I know how good this pizza was - but oh, how far they have fallen. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
