Fantastic meal! Love the menu. We sat outside but beautifully elegant ambience inside. About an hour or so before we walked over to eat I stopped in and got a menu and the ladies at the hostess podium were super kind. When we came back we were again met by a very helpful employee, Delilah. She sat us immediately and ended up being our server for the meal. She was thorough and knowledgeable. The service and the meal were perfect! We will absolutely be regularly returning and we will be requesting Delilah every time. Great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! P.S.- They do lunch from 12-3pm, happy hour (including apps) from 3-6pm. And apparently they have a rooftop (kid friendly) open on Friday & Saturday evenings until 12am.
I absolutely love this place! 10/10 Every server and bartender is attentive, and friendly The chef is incredible with his presentation and speediness of the food Love the atmosphere and it’s in my neighborhood!!
Stopped in about 7 pm not crowded the server was helpful and extremely friendly There was 7 of us she took the time to help with our choices The food came quick & hot We tried the original burger which was great the onion rings delicious the chili dog was perfect the chicken tenders quite tasty
Went during an afternoon shopping at Opry Mills. Had the burger and a milkshake. The milkshake is absolutley fantastic and the burger was very good.
Good food, reasonably priced and excellent service. Eight in our group and we were in & out within 90 minutes. Especially good were the Fries & tots with bacon and cheese.
Don't waste your money eating at Johnny Rockets at the Opryland mall. Waitress acted like she had an attitude or having a bad day, so she took it out on her customers. Hamburger patty filled up about half the bun. $30 down the drain. Go to the food court just a little further down the mall and you have a much better selection and better service.
This Johnny Rockets at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. Everything here is very well prepared and flavorful. I really like the atmosphere and the location in the middle of everything. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you have a good experience.
Horrible service, took forever to be seated. Took for ever to pay the check and if you used a credit card they were going to tack on 3 percent. So we paid cash they didn’t have any change. They weren’t supposed to close till 8:00 pm but would not seat anyone after 7:30. The CEO of the company would not be happy.
Place was busy, but we were seated quickly. Our table was next to the waitress station and in the middle of the restaurant. 15 minutes elapses, we were never approached by any of the waitresses running around our table. They just totally ignored us, even while standing by their station. So, we got up and left.
Johnny Rockets has very good burgers loved the atmosphere. The server was nice and the shakes were great.
Restaurantji Recommends
We were at the location in Brownsville morison plaza. All personal were angry and a bad mood. But Food is very good , obviously no good manager
Not too bad for a mall stop. Service was better than expected. Food was good and hot. Friday and it wasn’t to busy.
I enjoyed my food. I would recommend asking to sit further inside the restaurant then toward the outside wall in the restaurant. Too many people could walk past the wall and pass you while you were dining.
Stopped here while shopping in the mall. The burgers were good but nothing to brag about. The fries we very good, 2 people can share an order.
I really like Johnny Rocket’s and their Irish counterpart Eddie Rocket’s so was looking forward to lunch. Order was wrong several ways and food was just okay. Pros: waitress was very friendly and service was quick.
