Used to love this location, gave it 5 stars previously. The last 4 times I’ve went, my smoothies have been extremely bland and watered down, I’ve even requested extra and still very bland.

Horrible experience here. I ordered a smoothie without almond because I can’t have any and they ended up adding it in there. The staff wasn’t nice and they weren’t able to confirm or deny the almond. When I tried the smoothie, it had almonds. I’m really disappointed in the customer service and quality of this location. We didn’t even receive a hello and the people working there do not want to be there. Please retrain the employees or hire people that will follow directions. I ended up with a smoothie I can’t drink.

Jason was so rude over the intercom. He didn’t offer any extras or specials. Then when I tried to cheer him up over the window he slammed the window shut. I still wished him a better day and he proceeded with a bad attitude. Never coming back again.

So I ordered a bowl from this location. I got my order and it was completely melted as if the worker left it out all afternoon.
They gotta beg for 5 star reviews to mask what a dumpster fire this place is. When the manager's there during the day everything seems to be okay but if that dudes not there don't bother. Just got served by some young lady's with attitudes and then got half way through this protein shake and it's all ice. Like idk if I got ripped off they added too much ice if they didn't blend it all the way but I'm definitely not coming here anymore.
