everytime i go there they say there out of smoothie bowls, they never have the fruit for the smoothies i ask for,very under staffed.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had a few negative experiences. Today I went around 3pm and their hours say they are open until 8pm. The worker curtly told me he “wasn’t taking any more orders today”. I clarified that they were closing and he said he was. They need to update hours so customers can know what to expect.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went there to pick up a Mobile Order. When I got to the window, the employee handed me a smoothie that was not what I ordered. When I told the employee that there must’ve been a mistake, her response was “is that not your name on the cup?” with an offensive tone. I again said yes it’s my name but it’s not the right smoothie, much less color. I then told her what the correct smoothie I ordered was and she said “we don’t even have that”. I proceeded to tell her that it was on the menu and that I ordered it the last two days to be picked at a different location with no issues. The employee then slammed the window in my face to go talk to her manager. She came back and said well there’s nothing they can do. I said well can you make me something else then? And with another offensive tone she acquiesced and made my alternate choice. She handed me the other smoothie and slammed the drive thru window in my face yet again. I have severe food allergies and this mistake and frankly lack of empathy at this location could have put me in the hospital. I don’t know this employee’s name but she should be terminated if that’s how she chooses to treat paying customers.

Service is usually pretty lacking. Most of the time they are just unfriendly, but that’s fine. Tonight though, I sat at the order box for 5 mins and no one would answer. Went around to the window and waited another 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Just frustrating when you have a sick child and you’re trying to get them the one thing that sounds good.

I have been twice. The first time no one really seemed to know what they were doing or much about the menu. After making my order and being the only person in line line was asked to repeat my order. I tried to order the Keto Champ pumpkin and was told that they didn't have it yet. I remarked that I had purchased it at another location recently and this was the response...how are you selling pumpkin everything else but not that?! On the last visit I'm pretty sure they confirmed they did have it and apologized for not telling me the flavor options before taking my order. To further confirm the error I was given a gift card as a courtesy for the less than stellar service. Which I did appreciate. But come on...why is the menu online not the same?
