Had a terrible experience, and while I would post about that, I won't because I left feedback on the website, and the owner called me directly. He apologized and was sincere about trying to resolve the situation. It is tough managing employees and the service industry so while my experience was not great, I am appreciative of the owner calling to hear me out and acknowledge the struggle that it has been at that location.

Horribly rude! If I didn't like my smoothie so much I would have chunked it in her face! Lol I had to repeat my order 3x and she acted like it was my fault.

Horrible !!!! i just left this location. i attempted to place a drive thru order but was informed by a staff member that they are only taking online preorders . Shut this location down!!!. Absolutely ridiculous.

Smoothie King corporate needs to shut this location down. The staff is incredibly rude. They never open their lobby. Even though it did look like there was some kind of homeless person sleeping inside. I motioned for the lady working to let her know the door was locked. She made some very rude gestures and then just ignored me. Went to drive thru and like she was pointing and sat there for ten minutes and was never spoken to. I said I’d never go here again and decided to give them one more shot and they have failed spectacularly. Please don’t respond to this with your generic looks like we missed the mark stuff. You should shut this location down or take it over and fire everyone and start over. It is doing irrevocable damage to your reputation. The reviews read like a literal horror story. You should be ashamed Smoothie King. I wonder how many customers you’ve lost for good because of this location. Definitely me. Do better or don’t do it at all. It’s sad.

This place needs to be shut down, waited 15 minutes in an empty drive through. After I paid, waited another 15 minutes for the smoothies to come out, JUST FOR MY 32oz not to filled up! The cup was sticky, poor atmosphere.

Unbelievably rude staff. Had a mobile order to pick up, when I arrived they were confused and looked around quizzically. The guy was mumbling and acted like the order never came through, but then eventually said "might have already been picked up." I asked if they could make it, "No, food costs." I then asked what I could do, "I don't know, what do you want me to do?" I looked at the sign by the pick up station and pointed at it since it said "Don't see your order, ask a team member".

They didn't say anything so I walked out. Nevertheless, I will never be returning.
