I just moved to Nashville and I started going to this location and the first two times my smoothies were great! But the last few times my smoothies has been horrible especially the one from this morning, it tasted like old bananas and ice🤦🏽♀️ I am really disappointed

Horrible service. The girls don’t greet always have an attitude. I don’t recommend this location at all you can feel the negative energy. The other day not sure if it was the first day for the kid but several people came in after me and received their order. And to be specific these were ordered made in store not online. I will say the girl with longer brunette hair has spoken once or twice other than that like crickets when you enter that place. Overall, terrible customer service, no organization.

I am stuck in the hospital, so it has been nice to find someone to run over and grab my smoothie king for the day. So much better than hospital food.
Pulled up to the smoothie king 12 minutes before closed and they had doors locked so I knocked on the door and they ignored the fact I was outside and refused to open doors then finally opened the doors and tried to argue with me about providing service because they are “closed” for the night then I asked for a managers number and they refused to provide that stating they “didn’t have it and had a new manager “
