I stop by everyday at this location to buy a smoothie before work. I came in the store and a guy named Gabriel (with mid long hair) had the worst customer service. I waited for my order about 15 min. Not a good customer service skills.

The only way I can gain and manage my weight and also the only thing on Doordarsh I have no complaints. It's always packaged tight and they always taste so good. Just be careful of what you put in them because some of the ingredients will off set your fruit. And the natural caffeine does amazing with no crash.

The smoothies are good but the service is lacking. The young red head that took our order is very unprofessional and to be honest, just mean. She has a very bad attitude toward customers using short answers and finger pointing with eye rolling and vocal noises.

At the Harding Pike loc: I stood at where it use to say order here for awhile- sign is gone & no one asked to assist me. I asked if they take orders here- I was pointed to the long part of the counter. Stood around another 5 mins (total wait 10 mins) again, totally ignored. I gave up and left. They don’t care about my business.

They have a great product. And the worst attitude towards service. I waited for over 5 mins and never got acknowledged. So I asked 'is this where I order' the person pointed me to the long part of the counter. Stood around again for another 5 mins, never was acknowledged or asked for my order. Guess they don't need my business. So I left. This was the Harding Pike loc.

The employee working the window was not respectful. When I was handed my order, he slammed the window on my face with an attitude. It was very dismissive after spending $10 on a smoothie that I could have made at home for a fraction of the cost. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! I had ordered two immune berry smoothies one with whey protein one without. The girl making the smoothie makes both in one container with a huge scoop of Whey. I told her I only asked for ONE with whey and she looked at me in the face and said the second one didn't have whey. I WATCHED HER PREPARE IT. she looked at me and lied straight to my face. She continues then hands me the second drink. I said I'm allergic to Whey are you sure this doesn't have whey it in this. She grabs it out of my hand throws in the trash. Continue to make me a new one. Now this could have all been avoided if she would have been honest. She was just to lazy to make two separate drinks. The new one tasted awful and I spent $18 on two drinks. Honestly I've never been so disrespected before. Extremely upsetting.

Great customer service, smoothies are always made right. The store is clean, it's updated and bright and leaves you feeling healthy. Love this place.

smoothie was fine but the tall guy with curly hair was very rude and dismissive. he whispered something about me to the worker with short dark hair and she apologized to me for his behavior. choose your employees more wisely next time
