We went for breakfast and sat outside to get a table right away, food and service was good the only complaint was we waited for about 45 minutes to an hour for our food. I understand they were busy and we had a group of 8 but people who came in after us were getting served before us I guess because they were tables of 2 and 4, that is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Came in at 2:20, they closed at 3. I work in food service so I know it’s close to closing time so We were already prepared to order. There was only 1 waiter working the inside and the patio and he took another 20 mins to get us water. I know because I looked at the time which was now 2:46. I ordered the breakfast burrito. The other ppl’s food was fine being that one was a kids meal and the other was an A la carte pancake and bacon. The burrito was COLD, the cheese wasn’t even melted on the inside. There was no eggs and no bacon. It was horrible. I hadn’t eaten all day and now I had to watch the table enjoy food when mine was less than subpar. A manager NEVER even came over to apologize or make sure we were okay. ZERO hospitality. It was just taken off the check and the waiter gave some bs story about the chef having a talk with the cook. Again, I work in food service I’m sure they were just trying to clean up or whatever but that shouldn’t dictate the quality of the food or service. Horrible experience. Save your money and tastebuds. Should’ve just went to party fowl across the street

Just came in at 1pm on a Friday. Restaurant had one other table inside and one sitting outside. Sat down for 10 minutes without being greeted while employee after employee walked by our table, with most of them talking at the bar and even some sitting at the bar taking a load off. Got up and left and went to party fowl next door. Best decision of the day.

My wife and I ate breakfast here during our trip to Nashville and would highly recommend it. The pancakes were huge and delicious. The wait staff was friendly and the place was very clean.
Decent food but very long wait for food even on weekdays, and most of the staff has blue hair & a nose ring & they are more concerned with fratnization then any kind of service

We stopped on our way back to Memphis. There were 15 of us, basically half kids half adults. The hostess was friendly. They kept us informed of wait time and got us seated within a few minutes. Our server was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious and they served big portions. My spicy bloody Mary was delicious and I will be back!

It’s called Snooze because of the slow service. Tables who ordered after us got food before us and it wasn’t even that great. Our orders were incorrect on top of that, and some table members got their food 10 minutes before others. The restaurant wasn’t even busy so there was minimal justification for the poor service and attention. I don’t expect compensation for these issues but the fact that the staff was unaccommodating for these issues means I will not be coming back or recommending this place to others.
