Absolutely the worst sonic and customer service from the entire team. I came to this location because my granny is on hospice at alive hospice and we placed a mobile order that took them 1hr to hand out to us and whe I received my only item cause it was for 3 people, the only thing I ordered, a chicken wrap.. THEY PUT NO CHICKEN. How in the world do you do that? Not only am I grieving but I’m upset because the one thing I ordered they thought would be funny to exclude . The food was cold and honestly the whole team should be trained individually or just bring in a new team. I understand you guys get a lot of orders but it’s not our fault you can’t communicate and let us customers know if there’s a wait or missing items. Ridiculous.

I was hungry hamburger very hot and fresh and tasty very nice open friendly and welcoming a little expensive it was alright could of gave me a little more fries they were on top of everything we didn't have to wait long for anything

Came here at midnight and ordered a chili cheese tater tot with ranch jalapeños and onions , took 45 minutes to bring me the food and when they did they forgot the onions and ranch . I told them they forgot the ranch and onions and the server stated they were out of onions and gave me dipping ranch ….. worst experience I’ve had and will NOT be coming back here ever again

I’d give it 0 if I could , I waited in line for 35 minutes for 2 drinks and some chicken tenders and I got them and they were cold. That’s extremely embarrassing on your workers and a waste of my time

I waited nearly an hour for my order along with two other cars, and there was zero communication the entire time. No one came out to update us or apologize for the delay once we finally got to the window. The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared to handle basic service. Easily one of the worst Sonic experiences I’ve had.

Every order they will told us to go drive thru. But drive thru is so big line. I have waited in drive thru more then 15 min no one is showed up. The behavior and survive was terrible. I won’t recommend this sonic.
