Not good, the employees no longer have any desire to do their job well, this is a food restaurant and you can't see that there is cleaning, that's all they do. I didn't like the service, the workers have to have more training in what they do. I ordered a Deluxe triple sonic smasher combo bacon and the product didn't look anything like the one on the menu, as you can see in the photo and the packaging was all dirty.

As a past sonic employee I know how many lime wedges go in each size cup, and how many more you add extra. It obviously changes on the size or the cost wouldn't change for limes between sizes. I was told that a 44oz drink gets two limes and I paid for extra, double the cost, for a single additional lime wedge. This time around I got one whole lime wedge in my 44oz drink, I'll be surprised if I can even taste it. They add bare minimum but charge up the butt for every little thing. Don't get the energy drinks. I doubt they even add Red Bull, I couldn't taste it at all. Go to an actual sonic to understand what it should taste like and how much you're getting ripped off.

I come here for a RT 44 drink before work. I use the mobile app. Here recently it’s been taking 15+ minutes to bring out one drink. I’d go to other locations but this one is the closest to my job. It’s definitely unfortunate
I ordered a large cherry limeade and milkshake and waited over 40 min. That’s ridiculous. They were not busy. I called back at the 25 min mark and asked about my order and they said “oh yea, it will be right now.” Another 25 minutes went by and no order. I ended up leaving. I will not be back.

I left a review on this business last year and somehow it just DISAPPEARS....? But I see everyone else is experiencing and still to this day experiencing exactly what my well detailed and long review was about.... and I do mean everything in all of these negative reviews are true.
UPDATE:decided, iys been q while, maybe they've gotten better.. but NAH...still the same practices... pic is of what I ordered vs what I received... I mean WHY should I have to check simple drink or slush request in my mobile order before I pull off... of course I'm not going back to thqt NO STALL working, long drive thru to get thw CORRECT order... but this is definitely.. im tired of repeat mess. I want what I pay for, not what you feel like giving me... LOSS of money yet again.. and the fries were HARD and Oily, too scared to open the burger

Uber pick ups are slow having to go thru drive thru. I'm guessing they had friends in line because someone came out to serve a two different cars in line but not in succession. Which means they wouldn't make their friends or family wait but who cares about everyone else right.
Truly poor experience. Not well run or managed. On multiple occasions they simply forget to ever take your order. You wait and wait and wait. Don’t bother. Go elsewhere.

My order wasn't the most timely, and they didn't have one of the items I ordered. While they did refund the amount of that item, I'm frustrated that they didn't tell me before giving me my order.

Horrible. Was told very rudely they don't take orders over intercom at lunchtime only orders that you order from app and drive through. Wished I known this beforehand

Probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Takes forever, workers are rude and food terrible most of the time. Close to work so given it a few chances at different times of the day and still bad. And forget fitting into the stalls, they are incredibly narrow, and they probably won’t serve you there and make you wait forever in the drive thru. Eat elsewhere.
