One of them just side swiped a customer while pulling in.This place is out of control.Edit:You shouldn't need me to tell you to "escalate this to the franchise owner." Manage your business without customers having to hold your hand.If default response is to do nothing, no wonder this place is a disaster.

Literally in line 30 minutes for one drink. Half the time they get slush wrong. Owner is probably not paying a decent wage that’s why you get horrible service and the food lots of time is stale

This is a honest review. SomeNights they only do mobile order pickup. This place has very long lines all day mostly. The drive in stalls are broken with cracked screens and trash around. The workers all have attitudes. DoorDash and other delivery orders you will have to wait in the drive through line. They need to have a person dedicated to DoorDash/delivery orders and let them come up to the front door/window so they won’t have to wait in line. Doing so will cut the drive through line down and make the flow more efficient. If you are stopping here from out of town just pass up this place and go to the next Sonics.

Lady in the drive through is extremely rude, this location is stealing your money. They said they don’t take cash, don’t do drive through orders, don’t to drive in orders, made of fact “don’t take any orders” except mobile. Then sent me for 4 laps and around the building and about a hour wait. Then all of a sudden decided to close down with no refund and no order. I hope this location closes permanently.

Waited 45 minutes after placing my order on the mobile app.After waiting 20 minutes I also pressed the button on the stall to try and contact someone inside the restaurant. After 15 minutes of waiting after pushing the button, someone said they would be right with us, but never heard anything beyond that. I also never saw anybody else get their order delivered to their stall a single time while we were there.Thankfully, I called the support line and they were able to process a refund to me. I never did get my food.
