Upon ordering at the walk up speaker, we were pleasantly greeted and our order was taken accurately. The employee who delivered our order to us was very personable and accommodating. He offered ketchup, but forgot to bring it out to us. By the time we finished our tots he remembered and apologized, and brought us ketchup with a hot and fresh new order of small tots. Andre Patrick is the employee’s name. He went above and beyond for us today. I will definitely bring my family for fast food night here again!

We stopped in to get something to eat after a long flight and picking up our car next door. The food was good. Typical sonic food. But it took a long time to get the food. It was late Saturday night but it was not crowded. But we got our food and drove home.

Jacob is hands-down the best server I’ve ever encountered at sonic period! They can be slam packed, and the man will still take his time out to make sure your order is correct and you got everything you need with a smile on his face! If dude’s not the manager, I don’t know what sonic is thinking! Bro is literally the best fast food restaurant worker I’ve ever encountered. I know I said at sonic Earlier in this review, but I mean as a whole any restaurant. Tobias is also good and professional as well. These two guys make sonic a better place management. If you’re seeing this give those people a raise ASAP! The world needs more joyous people like these people! Sonic carhops FOR THE WIN! ?
Kid-friendliness: Jacob was very nice to my kids even double checking to make sure they had a toy in there kids meal bag! SUPERB SERVICE!
The lightskinned black man who greets you all bold and loudly, and the white boy with the long hair on Wednesday September 18th at 6:45pm have EXCELLENT customer service. They left the extra onions off my pickle fries but that black man immediately got me a small cup of some despite how weird a request it was lol. And the lil white boy was really nice to the people in the car next to me. This is a really great sonic, I appreciate yall so much, shoutout to the OG food runners holding this place down, Sonic would be nothin without em GIVE EM A RAISE DAMMIT!!!
I won't speak on the food because I didn't stay long enough to finish my order. The guy taking orders was in a hurry, kept cutting me off as if he thought I should be done with my order and when he messed up the same item twice and I correct him with a simple "no I wanted a small shake" I was told not to get smart with him. That is when I decided it was time to leave. It will be a while before I visit this location again.
