Sat in your drive through line for ten minutes and no one ever took my order so I pulled around and asked the woman at the window if she could take my order and said she was too busy. If that’s the best service you can provide to paying customers you seriously should consider closing this location!

They don’t answer the stalls. Waited almost 15 minutes with no answer. Went through the drive through and waited another ten minutes. After all of this they gave me the wrong order and I had to do it again. If I could rate less than 1star I would. It’s always horrible here!

just made a late night milkshake run. sarah the manager in the intercom had excellent customer service and made my night. closest sonic to me and clearly under excellent management. never had a poor experience with any of the staff members. alexander has checked me out a couple of times and always been great. highly recommend this location!

When I stopped in on New Years evening and ordered a small amount. The total was $6.47. The young man who took my money said "we don't have any change...is that OK?" In essence the mea. was $7.00. NO change in your till at all? I find that hard to believe. Did he think he deserved a tip???? Well, what he lost was any future business from me...all for a few pennies???? Not a valued employee, in my opinion.P.S. the popcorn chicken was terrible...mostly breading.

This sonic is 3/3 with bad service and long wait times. After today they are officially knocked off the something quick to eat list. I highly doubt I'll be returning in the future.

Well, there is definitely a trend with this location and the fact that is one of the lowest rated Sonic's in the area makes absolute sense...This particular Sonic is located on Old Hickory just off of I-40. It is an older location that shows it wear and tear from entry to exit. While this doesn't qualify for low ratings, this qualified with how it operates certainly does. I have been to this Sonic three times and never once left with food or drink. And it is not because I wasn't patience or understanding, but it is because the service at this location is absolutely awful. Our latest visit found us waiting at a drive-up station for over 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. They were mildly busy, certainly under staffed, but a simple "thank you for your patience, we will be with you soon" would have held us off for a bit. But, nope...the red light blinked for over 10 minutes before we decided to leave. The first few visits were similar, but both with the drive thru. On one occasion, I was able to order and then when I got to the window, they were somehow now out of half of the items I ordered. Overall, there is only so much understanding you can provide to a place that just doesn't want to fix the issues. This location needs a complete overhaul on every level and Sonic should be ashamed for allowing it to remain open right now.

Sonic from hell. This sonic is an exception. This sonic is the worst sonic on the planet. The customer service is so terrible you're lucky to even get it taken. Half the time they're not serving food and only beverages. Never left a a fast food restaurant before ordering so many times. Needs new management or to be shut down and replaced with a chick fila.

I went to sonic on a night where there was just one lady working, the order took a few minutes longer than I would like but she did tell me in advance it would be awhile. The nice lady served me hot fresh food and then came back to check on me. Gave me a free mini blast coupon for waiting. I was for sure impressed with her ability to work such high stress environment.

I bleeping love bleeping Sonic. Especially the banana milkshake. I like the cheeseburger too. They are nice unless you are a non tipping jerkbox. Also you can play video games on your phone while waiting or fool around with your chick if you have one. I mostly play video games :( yep after that little hint I bet the babes will be beatin down my door any minute now! Probably will happen just maybe later yeah that's the ticket later.Vegetarian options: They will let you graze in the median for twigs and berries but you have to pay a dollar.Dietary restrictions: I am all up for some vegan jokes but I don't think they restrict anyone on account of it I may be wrong though.

I want to warn anyone going to this location to please check your order before leaving. I stopped by last week to pick up a breakfast burrito meal (Super Sonic), which I've had before. Because I was running late and needed to be at work for an early call I didn't have a chance to see what was provided. The burrito (if you want to call it that) was basically a tortilla folded into a 2" x 2" square, and when I opened it, it literally only had 4 slices of jalapeños and 2 or 3 pieces of potato - no eggs, no sausage, no cheese. Unfortunately, I had to throw it out because it was inedible (a side note - there was so much salt in the tots I wasn't able to eat those either. They got tossed, too). I did call the corporate office to let them know, and was told to expect a call from the location's manager to discuss. It's been over a week since this happened. No call/contact from the manager as promised. I called the corporate number again, and was told they'd request another call back but wasn't able to guarantee any response. And I was also told they couldn't offer any refund/replacement/or gift card - this has to be done at the store level. So, I guess I basically threw money away, because I'm pretty sure no one will be reaching out to me to fix there mistake. Be careful if you choose to go to this location. If they mess up your order, you'll never see them fix it. :(The only reason I'm okay with giving 1 star (I wish there was a 0 star option) us because the associate that runs the orders to the cars (AM shift) is always friendly and tries to get the orders out in a timely manner.Update 11/19/22 - I STILL haven't received any calls from the manager, AND I even made another call to their corporate office (was sent to a voicemail and...you guessed it, NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK!!!)Horrible customer service...too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

This place is under new management, during the day they have great service not too busy. Nights they have put all mobile orders thru the drive thru window and cash,card orders in the stalls. This way we have enough staff to run both and get them out efficiently. We have a carhop waiting tables or carhopping the parking lot if you want to go thru drive thru just place a mobile order and since there is no money transactions taken in that line they both go just super quickly We like to treat our dashers like they are our own staff since they do deliver for us .Since new management has taken over they have kept there brand standards by opening at 7 closing at 11-12am they have the hottest freshest food you will find at any sonic. They have friendly upbeat service the kind that get to know your name and remember everything you like. They have also added a tip spot on the credit card machine at the stall for those who quit stoping by cause they didnt want to stiff there good servers. I think it's a great idea for those who just want to get off the road take a lunch break stop and check your phone or emails , have a night out without getting dressed up or a good place to take the family without having to drag the kiddos out of the car They also have patio tables and music for those who don't like eating in the car. There are so many specials for the thrifty shopper they have the 2 for 5 popcorn chicken , Frito chilli cheese wraps , quarter pound double cb 2 for 5 as well. They have so many different types of sodas or slushes ice cream shakes and blasts those are also half price on the app. We have Tuesday half priced cheeseburgers wed $1.99 kids meals and we never charge for refills or sauces. It's perfect for in a hurry it's perfect for hang all day , where everybody knows your name ! They get your everyday joe or you might see a.country star we also serve our animals and have a wag cup for only .50 cents so bring your pets we love them as well. Stop by and ask for Andrea or any single person on our staff is gonna treat you like we are waiting on the president because at Sonic our guests mean everything to us y'all are the reason we get to have fun all day socializing and taking care of the families we have grown to love!

Over it. They’re SLOW. They always have the drive through closed. They can’t get the order right. And last time I came I smelt weed and one of the girl employees was at one of the tables smoking a blunt. Half of the stalls are broken or falling apart. I called the manager and told her my order was wrong and all she did was say sorry and didn’t even offer to fix it. Y’all need to get better staff here and OPEN THE DRIVE THRU. What’s the point of ordering online if you have to wait 15 mins at the stall?

The worst sonic I have ever been to, I was there tonight and it took 40 mins for my food, all of it was wrong and it was COLD. I went to the door and was going to see if I could get warm fries and they just stared at me through the door. they wouldn't even acknowledge me. So I waited in my car by the outside picnic area she cussed at me and told me to leave, Her name was Andrea and she needs to be fired she simply doesn't need to be any kind of customer service. They just need to shut down this sonic.

Start off by saying sonic is one of my favorite fast food joints and I would normally never turn a trip to sonic down but with living just up the road from this sonic and giving it multiple chances I would never suggest this sonic to anyone. Horrible customer service along with orders being wrong to food being cold and poorly put together.

Seriously… this is worst than day old McDonald’s fries. To whichever nonexistent Sonic GM reads this, know that you should be fired on the spot for allowing your employees to serve me what they did. A rock hard bun (look at photo, my finger is bent from pushing down), cold curdled cheese, and a foot long sausage that is hard, burnt and discolored. EVEN THE TATOR TOTS are stale, cold, and taste like panko bread crumbs if you left them out for an entire week. Truly horrific. Here’s to me praying I get food poisoning tonight so that I can see your staff in court and be able to lay eyes on what Humanity’s lowest looks like. Gross, gross, gross.
