I didn't like the location. It was after 9pm and there were shady characters hanging around the back side of the building. Customer service was excellent .

Went by for breakfast and set there for 25 mins before being told that they were only taking orders from their app because their system was down. I left and came back an hour later and they were still not taking orders. Really.

I went to Sonic for lunch with my grandson, Terrible Customer service sat for 35 minutes waiting to place an order, finally tried to wave someone down saying I didn’t think my stall worked she immediately interrupted and said she had already and waited another 15 minutes still nothing, finally just left .

We pushed the button and no word. 2 cars left while we waited because they did not respond to them. We left without food.
Could not rate the food because we left. We left because it took 15 minutes to get a response after we pressed the order button multiple times and when the person finally answered you could barely understand her. Then when we finally ordered they were out of the food items we wanted.

Barbra is the very best worker you could ask for. Always happy even when its raining. The food is great but barbra is the reason i always come back to this one. Good job sonic good job. And Barbra i hope you are treated just like you treat others wonderfully.
Wish I could give them less than 1 star. This location seems to be run by kids exclusively. Their tots were fried in old gross tasting grease and the burger looked like it had been cooked more than once. Hwy 100 Sonic is the way to go.

My order was going to be ready at 10:21 pm and we arrived, we have been outside for more than 20 minutes, no one speaks to us, terrible service, then they come out and say that the kitchen was closed 2 hours ago, I will never order there again.
