Stopped in August 22, 2025 815 pm Sonic on Old Hickory. Absolutely nobody came on the mic for alm10 minutes. No more business of mine going here.

On 8/8/2025 my wife wanted to go to Sonic. She got a cheeseburger and it was good. I decided I would try the "Chicken Bites", since Sonic did not have the Chicken Strip Dinner with the gravy that was really good and we used to always get. Got the meal to go and when we got home and opened the bag the Chicken was way overdone, was almost like mini-charcoal briquettes. If I was the cook I would have never given them to anyone, should have gone in the trash and that's where they went in my garbage can!. Last time Sonic messed up an order they would not make it right, just offered a free small drink, big deal, I just won't be back. 8/20/2025 Update- went to the Sonic site like they asked and they offered me a coupon for a free hamburger, but only IF I sign up for a SONIC Account, don't want another password to keep up with, gave my email, why can't they send coupon to my email?

Just wish if bays are not working cones could be placed at entrances to bays and if card readers don't work put a sign cash only inform the customers

It's truly sad this place does not care about getting your order right. I am definitely one to understand that mistakes can happen but the last 5 times my family (2 adult meals, 2 kids meals) have got food from this place they do not bother to take away what you ask to nor do they care to add what you ask and paid extra for! One time.. okay. Twice.. alright. Every single time is absolutely ridiculous. I've lived by this location for 4 years and have came to this location at least twice a month since. Never had any issues like this up until the last 2 months. Take the time to go to Hermitage or Madison locations.. you got a better chance taking the extra 10 minutes instead of dealing with this crap that they do not bother to improve.
