I come here every single morning! Every morning and I know most of the workers they are so nice but this morning this woman immediately ended the red button after one drink order instead of asking if I was ordering anything else and when I said “you didn’t even ask if I was ordering anything else” she just refused service and I asked her her name and she said she was calling the cops! I have the whole thing on camera! This isn’t how you treat people and I even told her I hope her day gets better and not to punish the customers for her frustrations and she responded with nothing but hatefulness! I give this restaurant my money everyday! And I will no longer order from here!! And my co workers that come here every morning also I will tell them to go to the one nearest our work instead of here!

I. LUV HAPPY HOUR PATCH UP THE HUGE HOLE IN THE PARKING
Went to Sonic two Sundays back to back and the customer service was horrible, the staff of all females were either sitting in their car or at the tables smoking blunts while the customers are waiting to order or get their food. I will never waste my time ordering food there again ? ?

Driveway/Pavement needs repairs badly. Mozzarella sticks taste like are were airfyer :-( However, service was fast and friendly, though I utilize the Sonic App.

Has gone down hill major. Sometimes they don't even want you to order and will tell you that they can't accept new orders at the time unless it's online only.
Parking: Craig said necessary to be careful on the drive way. Understand that this was an understatement. Horrible. Don't break anything.

This sonic has some of the worst customer service! 06/01/2024 2:45 pm. The workers were very snappy and the attitudes were snarky. Food was great. Just needs work on customer service.
Haven't been to a Sonic for a couple of years, trying to slim down. It was hot out, and I needed an energy boost. I ordered a small blast. It was fine, not as rich as a shake, but had good add-ins. See you again in 2 years.
