I thought I would update my review since I've noticed some improvements from the last time I posted one. I'm also a lot happier with the service now that I use the app to place my orders which has reduced mistakes on my orders substantially.Food:The food has never really been the issue at this location minus a few times where I got old popcorn chicken, or sauces weren't included that I paid for. Food is almost always hot and fresh which I do appreciate.Service:Service has actually improved remarkably. The super rude and grumpy lady is gone finally, and the carhops currently employed are always quite friendly to me and even manage to smile roughly 80% of the time. <---This is probably the most important to me honestly.Atmosphere:This improved by 1 star due to them tearing down that nasty torn-up fence finally and doing a little better with their landscaping. However, I can't really make it any higher due to the massive number of potholes (literal tire-busting craters) and non-working stations.In addition, the actual sign out front has been completely blown away by storms from like 2-3 years ago and it's still not fixed XD. I understand that it's expensive to fix, and your profit margins may be not allow for it to be all completed at once, but your location is pretty gnarly in the appearance department and that deters a lot of people (We see the outside and can only imagine the inside). It's counterproductive to marketing so it's an advisable thing to fix. At the very least, budget for it a little at a time and fix things slowly instead of ignoring it all-together.Parking: Be wary of potholes and try your best to make sure the station you're pulling into works if possible before pulling in to avoid frustration.

What is wrong with the owners of this franchise??? First of all the food is like a truck stop! The service was good today, but the atmosphere is like poor trash is running it!Look at the sign? Oh I forgot you can not because it is gone, and it has been gone for sometime!The parking lot looks like it was in a war zone.The signs that you pull up and place your order is mostly all gone. Some are just blank screens with lights on it.It is a disgrace, having that type of a restaurant looks like it’s from the ghetto.

I came here this weekend, the food came out really fast! The girl that took care of me was a Hispanic woman with a few tattoos her name was Erin or Erika I think. She was so sweet, it was hot, the drinks were perfectly cold and the food was great. We had a lot of add ins for our drinks and it was a complicated order, everything was made right and my family was pleased. We tried to apologize to the woman (erika or Erin was her name) she told us no apology was needed that she enjoyed her job! There was a homeless man at the entrance looked like he was about to pass out, the same person went out and took him some water. This touched my heart ❤️ She told me she had worked at Sonic for over a decade and you can tell! Great customer service!
I had a car hop today named Erika. She was fast bringing my food out, friendly, read aloud my order to ensure it was correct, and my boneless chicken wings were hot and delicious! Thanks sonic!

This one is far and above one of, if not the worst Sonic location I've gone to, and I've gone to a LOT of Sonics all across the country. Half of the drive up screens are busted up and/or not working, they don't ever have the things I want most of the time when I go, which since they're 5 minutes from my house, is often. One of their servers in particular is abysmal. She has a terrible attitude, never returns a greeting and 80% of the time the order is wrong when she brings it out. This location is dead to me. Go to the Donelson Pike location. They're significantly better, and is only about 10 minutes away from this one.

its official i can only come to this sonic in the mornings! the morning crew is so nice and not lazy unlike the lady that works at night. so this was the last straw for me same person mind you. i pull up and she says we are only accepting cash all our card readers are down- i started to explain that generally if the stall card reader is down the lady takes it to the middle one and processes it there she said NO THEY ARE ALL DOWN i say ok no worries- i run to the atm. i pull back up approx 10 min later in the exact same stall. the young man with the awesome voice comes on. i said hey are your card readers back up or do i still need the cash because i ran to the atm he says to my knowledge our card readers werent down today. i told him i was just here 10 minutes ago and she told me they were down and he straight up said "well she lied to you" to the woman with the black hair YOU ARE LAZY AND YOU JUST DONT WANT TO WORK!!! she refuses to give her name but i know exactly what she looks like this is not the first time she was lazy. one evening after work i pulled up to get bag of ice SAME EXACT PERSON comes on and says we are out of ice bags so i came home empty handed my husband says wheres the ice i said they were out of ice bags. he said ok stay here ill go get a couple cups of sonic ice SO HE GOES TO THE EXACT SAME SONIC less than 10 minutes later he comes home with a bag of ice i said how did you find those sonic ice bags he said i didnt. he said the man suggested just getting a bag of ice instead of 3 cups I WAS ABSOLUTELY DUMBFOUNDED AND FELT DISRESPECTED!! i immediately called up there to let them know the same woman lied to me abt not having the ice bags BECAUSE SHE IS LAZY AND DOES NOT WANT TO WORK . im so thankful my morning crew is respectful and kind i really need to start tipping them

8:30pm on a Saturday and the girl on the intercom that sounds like she doesn't want to take my order says "we out of ice cream"... seems like anytime I try to order a milkshake after 6pm they are out... Either that, or they already cleaned all the machines so they won't have to do it at closing time... car hop was nice and the food was ok.
