I’ve seriously avoided this Sonic location for about 6 years after a pretty traumatizing experience I had where I found a hair in my burger that had a literal hair follicle attached to it (I’ve been scared of fast food burgers since lol), but I decided to give it a shot today because I was craving a shake.
Unfortunately, I think I’ll steer clear of this location for good. I ordered an Oreo shake with no toppings (whipped cream or cherries), and somehow my shake tasted of fruit (like cherries and bananas), as though the blender hadn’t been cleaned. Not sure if this is the case, but this would definitely be concerning for people who have food allergies, so I would keep that in mind if you’re have allergies and are thinking of coming to this location!

Food Poisoning. I stopped here on the way home for dinner a few nights ago. Got chicken tenders and tater tots. Went home and ate. Within an hour, I'm in the bathroom. I spent the rest of the evening sick on both ends.

Sonic is sonic... The my preference is the one on bell road (close to Blue hole Rd.) The food is starting to get pretty expensive and the bang for the buck effect is GONE! I ordered the Garlic burger and the GREASE/Butter was every where. Outside of that... Pick your poison?

Keep a gun in your lap & don’t get robbed or caught slipping here and don’t expect the food to be worth a damn. The only thing promised is high prices for low quality and a dangerous atmosphere. Check out the size of these fries ! They match the size of the police presence in the general area of this location (tiny and almost non-existent) You can probably buy a bag of weed larger and of better quality in the same parking lot though …
The worst place. First ti.e 2 weeks ago 820am there was no perdonel just one person. Today 5/21 320pm y movil pay for one soda after 20 minutes I left empty hands no drink nobody come to me

Normal have never had an issue with this location but I guess whom ever was working this afternoon does know a burger has 2 buns… very disappointed.

I intentionally used the app to put in my order so that I know it was put in correctly because I’ve had issues in the past with this particular sonic not putting in my order right whenever I order there. When the carhop brought me my food, I asked her for some ketchup because I know that if you don’t ask for it, they usually don’t put it in the bag. she was very short and snippy with me and before I could get the word catch up out she told me that she had already put some in the bag. Well, now I am back at work and guess what? Of course there is none in the bag. And now I can’t go back and get any. This is just one of many instances of issues I’ve had going to this location. When I tried to call and talk to someone about what happened today of course no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings and then two minutes of ringing it sounds like a fax machine picks up. i’ve had it with this location and I probably won’t be returning. I don’t normally leave reviews unless they’re good but in this instance, I feel the need to warn others so no one else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. To sum it all up, if you expect to get what you ask for or order, steer clear of this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. And if you can’t avoid it, just make sure to double check and don’t take their word for anything. Even when you use the app to put in your order.
